10 Inch Queen Foam and Spring Hybrid Mattress, Medium Feel

After downsizing from a queen to a full, and just trimming my 20 year old ikea foam mattress to fit the full bed to go the cheap route...I had been hemming and hawing getting a new mattress even though i was sleeping horribly the past year and a half. Waking up and having to turn over many times in the night due to hip pain...even with a memory foam topper added. My niece told me about this brand and had gotten a few mattresses over the past 6 years from them. I got a little extra bonus before xmas and this was the top thing I knew I needed to finally get. IM SO HAPPY I DID!!! It came 3 days early (and 2 days before xmas yey!) Although it was a bit heavy...I got it out of the box and took it step by step up to my room with some help from my 79 yr old mom lol Unrolling it was simple and I was sleeping on it 6 hours later. I'm someone who loves sleeping on soft cloud-like things like a memory foam beanbag or a super cozy couch...but this is just right in support and has enough softness for me. I was skeptical when ordering because of the springs but I have no complaints at all. It didn't have any odor at all and I actually look forward to going to bed now because my body doesn't wake me up to turn over. I am so so so thankful i ordered this. So very happy with it. Wish I had just gotten one 5 years ago or so. My next mattress will most definitely be a Zinus again!!

I hope this will help all those strugging to between gel memory foam vs spring matresses. did lot of R & D before buying. could not decide which to buy memory foam or inner spring or pocketted spring. finally i bought this matress the reasons. - gel foam mattress its good but gives a feeling of sinking into it and difficult to move yourself at night. - this gives the same comfort the springs gives the cushining feeling and you sleep well. - It felt great 1st day of sleep. It took less than an hour to expand itself and then it was fully 10 inch matress. no suprises here. - Its easy to carry lift and move if you have small room and need to take off matress after your sleep. - it definitely helps you to sleep well. - you do not get the feeling of sinking deep into the mattress. overall i am happy with the purchase it met my requirements. also its cost effective too.

JUNK - AND THEY WON'T HONOR THEIR 10 YEAR WARRANTY - Wish I could give 0 Stars Bought this about 19 months ago, my son weighs 165 pounds, and its totally sagging now on the side he sleeps on, he sleeps alone. When I filed a warranty claim with Zinus and sent the photos they asked for and they wanted several showing measurement of the sagging, they emailed me twice asking for the same photos that I already sent, I resent the photos and then they said they cannot honor the claim because the warranty only covers sagging over 1.5 inches - TOTAL SCAM - MY PHOTOS SHOW SAGGING over 1.5" which of course is much deeper when you lay on it. They also said they cannot honor the warranty because there is supposed to be some tag on the mattress besides the hanging one, I told them it does not exist only the hanging one which I sent. Just excuses to get out of the warranty. Their 10 year warranty makes you think you can rely on this product and that it's a quality product BUT as you can see, it did not even last 2 years and they wont honor the warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZINUS OR THIS MATTRESS.

We bought 2 of these in twin bed size for a bunk room in a beach house (and also 2 of the 8"). They are, to me at least, surprisingly comfortable. They appear to be pretty well made too. I am not sure I think they'd be great in a queen because structure is so much more important in a larger mattress, but in a twin, they are great, and they are a great buy. The added plus is that they are so cool to watch come out of the wrapper.

Well for the first three months it was pretty good. Altho I don't know if I'd call it medium firm. It does sink in a bit and now my arms are going numb and lower back is a pain in the mornings. I was hoping for a firmer mattress. I'm male, 6ft @280lb

Delivery team was courteous, respectful, and prompt. Installation wasn’t that difficult. We got the 10 inch for our Murphy bed and added a 2 inch cooling topper and it fits perfectly! Even without the topper, the bed is surprisingly comfortable. Guests have stated that it feels plush, but not too plush yet. Still firm enough to support back shoulder and neck issues. Highly recommend.
