Perfect solution for inflatable hot tub
Easy to install. Sturdy and perfect for assisting getting in/out of inflatable hot tub. I also bought a set of stairs (2 steps) to use with this handle. The combination makes getting in/out so much easier.

Wonderful
They are awesome for hot tubs sturdy. If you put the skinny part underneath the hot tub of course and with the 360 handle, you can turn it and use it to come in to the tub or go out of the hot tub. I love it.

Helpful As You Get Older
This is wonderful to have for balance, getting in and out of the hottub... especially during North Dakota winter months! The only concern is the base platform can't slide under our hot tub as it sits flat on our patio stone. It was easily remedied by turning the base stand around so the larger portion is facing out. We then placed weighted sandbags the larger portion to stabilize the entire handrail.

Works well with a little modification
As mentioned in other reviews the hot tub has to be lifted enough to slide the base plate underneath an empty tub. After filling the tub, the handle is fairly sturdy without being attached to the side of the hot tub but would probably be more secure with an attachment which is not included. The height / rotation adjusting screws do not hold the handle from rotating even when screwed in as tight as possible by hand. A few layers of electrical tape around the inner pole where the screws hit the pole seems to help prevent rotation fairly well. On unpacking I found that the paint / coating on the underside of a curved portion of the handle, about 1/2 inch wide and 3/4 inch long was chipped off exposing the metal there. Through Amazon, I was able to work with the supplier and and get a replacement. The supplier was very responsive to my request and provided a replacement within a very reasonable time.

Lift Up the Hot Tub?
We like the handrail for our hot tub and it comes with a large steel plate to resist tipping it over when you use it for climbing in or out of the tub. This would be very solid if you could slip the plate under the tub but...who can lift up their tub full of of water? Maybe if you install it when the tub is being set up? Placing the plate under steps does not seem secure unless you have very heavy steps or you are already on the steps when you use the rail. But starting to get on the steps or out of the tup and there is little weight to hold down the handrail securely. Maybe next time we change the water we can lift up the tub enough to slip under the plate?

Works well to provide secure assistance into and out of the tub.
Very good Safety Handrail for our hot tub. Easy to place in a strategic place needed between our deck and tub. Just enough movement to help with safely getting into and out of the tub but is secure. Has a metal plate that slides under the tub. I wouldn't want to have a Hot Tub without this handrail.

horrible - liability issue
buyer beware - it is not sturdy - when you put your weight into it it fails - if you THINK there are holes in the base plate in order to bolt it down to the deck - you are wrong. if your hot tub is recessed into your deck it cannot be used at all - my son grabbed it when getting into the hot tub and the bar fell over with him - he landed on his face and looks like he has been dragged behind an 18-wheeler. do not be mislead....your hot tub must be sitting on a tabletop deck - if the deck is built around your hot tub and your hot tub is on pavers on the ground ... you can not use this thing. manufacturer wants you to drain the hot tub and put the hot tub on the metal foot to keep the arm in place - the arm or base is not fastened down at all - this is not something for a big person or elderly person or disabled person to use - it slips from under the hot tub and you will crash.

Handle failed at joint.
The handle is in two halves that assembles with a screw thread. The thread is not very long and failed after two weeks. I had to repair the handle by inserting a smaller diameter pole inside. Poor for the cost.

Keeps my "wobbly" friends from hurting themselves when leaving the hot tub after a few beverages
This has been a great product. Even though it moves around (left to right) i stays in the right place to help any friends that may have some difficulties getting out of the hot tub after a night of beverage consumption ๐ฅ

Does not lock in position when rotated.
Rotating feature is hard to lock in place. It moves with just a little pressure. Someone could fall. Needs to lock at each option. Would return but it under my filled hot tub now.

Good and sturdy
Perfect handle for seniors to enter the hot tub. It does fell like it wobbles slightly, but itโs just the way the adjustment holes are.
