OrlyNail Polish - Bare Rose #42005

This is perfect if you're like me and just want a hint of color . This is sheer with a beautiful rose tint . I did two coats and love it . You get a healthy looking nail ,doesn't come off the first time you do dishes . This is exactly what I wanted . I highly recommend this product .

Despite the fact that a picture of eye mask appeared on this product on Amazon I received Orly Bare Rose nail polish as the words described. I had "chatted" with an Amazon rep who told me if I did not receive the nail polish they would refund or send me the product I wanted if it did not come correctly. It came correctly. Good customer service Amazon.I LOVE the nail polish. Have been looking for a clear polish with a slight pink tint for several years and I am so happy I finally found this. One coat puts a pale pink tint and 2 coats puts more of a pink tint but still clear. LOVE this polish! Exactly what I have been trying to find! I hope Orly keeps making it.

Here's my sad but true story. I am a tall woman with larger-than-average hands and feet. Moreover, my knuckles are swollen from arthritis and my nails don't have a pretty curved shape when they're longer. They're flat! I keep them short and I don't want to draw attention to my hands by wearing brightly colored nail polishes. So you can imagine how happy I was to find this Orly sheer nail polish! I purchased the rose tint and it's beautiful, even after one coat! The product dries more quickly than other nail polishes I've tried, so two coats gives my nails a rich translucent rose tint with SUPER SHINE! No topcoat necessary! After a few weeks the color begins to wear off, but in such a natural way that it doesn't look like you have peeling nail polish. This is a brilliant product and I will be ordering the plum color next.

i like to do my nails at home rather than paying to have them done at the salon. i love orly's bare rose either by itself or as a base for doing white or glitter tips. the color is sheer and a pretty candy pink color--it reminds me of the peel-off polish i used as a little girl. the photo shows two coats of the bare rose over a coat of orly's bonder base coat--my HG of base coats!--with silver glitter polish applied to the tips with a sponge and a coat of seche vite top coat--another HG product!--on top. when i do my nails this way the manicure lasts at least a week. i repaint when there is some wear on the tips but i don't normally see any chips in the polish, just the tip wear. i work at a job that requires me to type a lot and my manicure still holds up great. i do use gloves when washing dishes or cleaning. all in all if you are looking for a polish that will give your nails a nice healthy look without appearing too "done" i would definitely recommend bare rose as a wear-alone polish. the possibilities are endless, though. i like the way the brush applies the polish to my nails and i would say that of all the polishes i own (which are many) the bare rose is the one i reach for most. love it!

I would recommend using two coats of this nail polish, or else the pinkish color isn't visible. Also, the polish has a very thin and watery consistency and isn't thick at all. Once you put that second coat on it instantly makes a giant difference in color. My only issue with it is that the color is a bit too neon-y reddish pink for my liking, I would have liked it if the color was a bit more softer pink. Other than that, this polish makes the nails look very healthy, and it looks good on its own without the use of a white paint for the tips.

I feel as if I have been searching forever for the right pink gloss nail polish. I've also wasted a lot of money buying the cheaper price once, both in quality and cost. The price is worth it for the natural nail color look. If you do not have time to polish up your nails, this is the bare minimum for that 'nice' look. Only down part is that takes 30 mins to dry. I accidently brushed my thumb against a surface, and created a small imperfection.

The product is AMAZING 👏! I am high risk due to asthma and unable to venture to salons during COVID 19! Prior to this I had short acrylic nails and wore a nude clear pink gel polish (27 years). As of March 2020 the acrylic nails came off during quarantine. I want a salon finish for my natural nails with pink tint. Guess what?!?!?! Orly's French Manicure color Bare Rose is the answer. It's the natural nail polish and easy to take off! It's better then DND and/or OPI pink clear gels. You can do it by yourself without sacrificing the salon experience.

I like this. It's a sheer, but nice pink color. Impressed.

Endlich genau die Farbe, die ich überall gesucht habe. Schaut sehr natürlich aus als hatte ich nix drauf. Rosastich ist großartig. Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen wer nicht jeden Tag die Nägel neue lackieren mag.
