Yes, it does seem expensive for what it is but the quality is there. I have the two piece set and it fits in more than I expected. I keep severely different pills with me for what if scenarios. It's light and fits on my keychain perfectly. I'm not worried about water or anything else getting inside because it's sealed very tightly when screwed together and it does have a rubber seal to help prevent anything from getting inside.If you need to carry pills, preferably the smaller sort, this is for you! Don't waste money on those cheap containers and spend the money on something that will last.

I have been looking around for a small, sturdy container that I could attach to my keychain, and I am so glad that I found this one. First, it is designed so that you can have from on to three separate compartments, which is why I decided to try it, and the manufacturing on this makes it work just as you would want--the sections fit together perfectly and are easy to open, or add/detach a compartment. Second, it is titanium and seems nearly indestructible. Third, it is relatively small but large enough to hold several normal-sized pills or supplements (such as Beano or Lactaid) in each compartment--some of the others that I tried were simply too small to hold anything other than a small round pill. Fourth, there is a gasket for each compartment so they are waterproof. Just make sure you do not consider the size to be too big; for me this has just the right trade-off of size versus capacity.

I picked this up as I've gotten another pill container from this brand before, and I wanted one that could hold a couple of days worth of pills for short weekend trips. Most pill cases are massive things, which is understandable since they are catering to everyone, but I have only a few pills a day, and two are fairly small, so I don't need a cavernous case for them.I have a nearly identical case that has only one chamber from TISUR, and it's fantastic, fits my pills with just a bit of extra space, clips to the keychain in the same way. I chose this vs several others from them because it's actually 3 separate chambers, many of their other containers are just hollow tube inserts to vary the size.Quality wise, it's a slight step down from my single chamber version. Metal seems thinner on this one, and the exterior feels cheaper, though they are both listed as titanium. Aside from this, it's still a robust little case, and while it's a tad smaller than my original, it can still hold my pills, though they need a few taps to free them (they go in fine, seems they just "settle" and get stuck).Overall it's a very nice compact case if you only have a few pills or they're all very small. The case is strong and visually appealing, and will fit easily in your pocket or clipped onto a bag or keychain.

I have used this product for well over a year. It is light weight, functional and keeps my back up meds secure in my business backpack for when I travel. It is easy to use, and the metal case is durable. If for some reason I am delayed traveling for whatever reason, I feel comfortable knowing I have my important medications with me. I highly recommend this product.

This pill carrier holds 2 capsules OR 5 round tabs, in each chamber, as called out in the item description. I like the construction and there are rubber grommets at the end of the threading to keep it's contents free from moisture or water getting in. I like that the carrier is modular, which let's me sort different meds- rather than throwing a bunch of meds into a leftover pharmacy bottle.Thing is- it's too long and narrow. Two capsules in one chamber is dumb and alienates the customer base that needs to carry more than 6 capsules. 6 capsules is not enough to amount an entire night/morning dose for alot of prospective customers. A variant thats wider with additional space would be desirable.Buying expansion tubes (which are available at the time of this review) is unacceptable because at that point this pill carrier would be longer than an actual pill carrier that has more capacity.Just make a slightly wider product PLZ.

Review Update: I’ve been using the smallest version of this titanium pill keychain container for over a year now, love it and has held up perfectly. I’ve enjoyed using it so much that I thought I’d buy the large one for my supplements (can be tailored to the size you need by the sections used). Since I have, I’ve been taking them more consistently. New photos added.~~~~~~~~~~~~After I started to need to take a couple of pills later in the day, I started looking for a convenient cool looking portable case. Then I found this little beauty — which in turn, turned me onto more titanium keyring/keychain pieces. But that’s besides the point. :) This container is well-built/machined, has plenty of room for my medication and the shine has held up great — hasn’t tarnished or anything. I feel confident this pill container would keep my pills dry if submerged under water but I haven’t tested. Love the convenience of having my medication with me if I’m out and about. Great value for the $!

Feels cheap. Threading could be better as it's often difficult to catch the thread. Glass breaking metal point fell out the first day.

Too small for anything, unless it's an illicit substance, even then...I ended up returning it.
