Product Photo Misleading
I just received the product almost two weeks after I ordered it. Way too long without explanation other than some sort of delay was encountered. I was further disappointed to discover the product photo is misleading. It seemed to indicate the product has an auto rotate feature. What I now see is that the roller I thought was part of a auto rotate mechanism is actually a reflection from a polished chrome junction box side panel.

Good luck getting one! It might be great!
The product may be good, but I'll never know. I've tried to look into the shipping and have been given the run-a-round. Needed it for a job and 3 weeks later still nothing... I'm told wait another 3 to 7 days and it might arrive. 5 stars, because if negative post, gets deleted...
