The perfect karaoke machine that I have found. It makes karaoke very convenient with the Karafun App. You can pretty much find all kinds of songs from the app, and you can adjust the backup singer and key level. The sound system is phenomenal. You can easily cast the screen to the TV with an HDMI cable. If you are used to the screen-casting method of karaoke through YouTube, you can still do it. But it is not as convenient because there is no YouTube queue function through the system. You pretty much have to select a song right after singing one if you use YouTube for a better song pool.

I’ve had the Break X1 for about a month now, and it has been a game-changer. This thing is a party saver and an amazing product overall. The sound quality is on par with my high-end $600 Bluetooth speaker — and the X1 costs about the same, but includes two quality microphones and much more with a build in tablet. The built-in Android OS is a huge plus, letting you load your favorite apps like Netflix, Plex, YouSmartNext (YouTube link code), Spotify, Karafun, and more. We’ve used it while camping, at the beach, and now it’s become the centerpiece of my dedicated media room.

If you are on the fence about buying this, stop!!! Just pull the trigger, you will NOT be disappointed. The sound from this little system is absolutely amazing. It super loud and powerful. The clarity is insane. We had a very large one in the past and I was reluctant to buy such a smaller version. Best decision I’ve made with this purchase. Pricey, but worth every penny. This one is far better than the big one we had. The microphone storage is ideal as well as the fact that it recharges and we don’t have to replace batteries. The only down side would be connectivity. It constantly says it’s not connected to WiFi, but when you open up the settings, it shows that it’s connected. We just turned off the WiFi and reconnected it when it did it and that worked. Bluetooth connection is flawless.

It is a great machine with value for money if you are a music lover. Portable machine that you can bring along to parties & ready & easy to use. Since I also do video recordings, I can easily use the portable microphones, use the speakers & even connect my phone via bluetooth & love its functionality.

Packaging was nice, it was packaged in a box with soft foam silhouettes that surround all of the parts. The quality of the screen, mics and box were nice and clean. Setup was very easy, with a wizard to set things up. Connecting to YouTube was easy. The sound was pretty impressive for such a small box. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the HDMI interface was video-only. One of the reasons that I bought this particular model was so that I could hook it up to my theater system. The video worked fine, but there was no audio out of the HDMI interface. Very odd, because an HDMI interface as defined as: "An HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) is a digital interface standard for transmitting high-quality, uncompressed video and compressed or uncompressed audio over a single cable". Anyway, I returned it and am going to look for one with video and audio out of the HDMI. It was pretty disappointing as I really wanted to keep the unit. It was pretty well done for a good price. I only knocked off a star because if it had audio out of the HDMI I would have gave it 5 stars.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love karaoke. Believe me when I say I try every style of karaoke system I can get my hands on. I had specific criteria searching for this system. It needed to be a self-contained, battery powered system with wireless microphones, built in monitor, and great sound. It needed on-board and customizable microphone effects. It needed to have input connectivity including external drives, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and wired microphones or external audio sources like a laptop or tablet. It needed to have a great catalog of available karaoke tracks. It needed to be able to send audio to an external audio system and send video to an external TV or Monitor(if the built-in screen weren't big enough). This system ticks every one of those boxes. The built-in tablet runs a variety of apps including Karafun, and YouTube. By registering and logging into these apps, a huge selection of karaoke tracks become available. Within Karafun, you have quite a bit of control including changing the key +/-, setting the volume of the backing and lead singers, and setting the size of the lyrics panel. Search or browse tens of thousands of available songs, create custom tracks yourself, play music trivia games, etc. You can even get a prioritized, custom list of songs that match your vocal range. Overall, this system knocks it out of the park. Things that could be improved: there is a slight delay between singing and having your voice come out of the speakers. It's slight, but to me it was noticeable. Another point is keeping a charge. I charged the system fully, used it while plugged in, shut it down. A day later, I decided I should unplug it to avoid overcharging. A couple of weeks later, I found that the batteries in the system and microphones were drained. That was unexpected. Last item for consideration is that there doesn't seem to be a way to sing karaoke with tracks that you own on a hard drive. It's possible to play the music, but not play the entire CD+G, Zip, or MP4 karaoke track. Perhaps there is a workaround, but I haven't found it. But, this is a powerful sounding, all-in-one, battery powered karaoke system that ticks all the boxes. It's easy, intuitive and very fun. Of all the systems I've tried, this is the best yet!

Best karaoke machine ever. If you use the karaoke app that comes on it, you can use a free trial or is 9.99 a month. On that app, it has lots of songs, where you can change the pitch of the song, if you want, backing vocals or not, or if you do a duet, you can choose which voice part you wanna sing. there’s a QR code on the song that people can scan and they can add songs to the queue with their phone with their name on it. If they want to request it for themselves, it is very loud even 50% volume. I love this thing

The Ikarao Break X2 Karaoke unit is a smallish looking unit but it packs a lot of features in its housing. Two wireless mic’s, different settings for them from speech to full sound karaoke style with echo. A bass boost switch that actually adds a proper amount of base tone to a host of other features. A full 10” screen similar to an iPad that allows you to search your favourite YouTube videos as well as a few other preloaded apps. I’ve used this machine twice in the last two weeks and it’s clear, loud enough for a party room of decent size and easy to use. The battery supply states several hours of fun and I have no reason to think otherwise. I will give it a good workout at our building Christmas Party soon and add to my review after that. But right now I would say it’s worth the cost. PS: Ikarao is the manufacturer of JBL speakers so they are experts in sound quality and it shows with this unit.

wow what a amazing unit - probably one of the best portable Karaoke machine I have purchased so far - very impressed - not cheap but you always pay a bit more for quality :-)

Es un equipo con mucha potencia, se escucha increíble, lo Compré para regalar y le encantó, trae dos micrófonos y es muy fácil de usar, es práctico para llevarlo a todos lados, vale la pena la inversión puedes usarlo conectado al Wifi o por bluetooth y en la parte trasera trae para conectar HdMI, y un par de micrófonos más. Sin duda lo recomiendo
