Great for Low Carb Life
I started a very low carb diet to help control my diabetes. I am a huge coffee lover and realized using heavy cream in my coffee was not helping my waistline so, searched for an alternate. You name it, I tried it - all the plant and nut based options just were not satisfying. Then, I discovered flax milk and also the challenge of locating it neighborhood grocery stores. Thankfully Amazon shipped it to me and now, I never have to go on a treasure hunt. I love the mild flavor, creaminess and above all the high protein content, it mixes easily in my coffee and is non-dairy. I will say that it cannot be used for cooking or baking on place of milk.

Best plant based milk I've tried. Helps me get the calcium I need. I mix it with hemp seed protein powder for more minerals, add a scoop of organic gelatin. And I take it with my ancestral greens capsules supplement. This is my remedy for my joints. Works great for me!

Seriously, this is the best non-dairy milk. I've had oat milk, hemp milk, almond milk, cashew milk; etc., and this is the BEST out of all of them. Smooth consistency, and does separate after sitting. High protein, low carbs, and best of all it tastes great. (I love vanilla flavored food, but I buy the plain, unsweetened version of this product because it actually tastes like it is slightly sweetened and has vanilla.) Again, really good product! If you buy it and try it, you'll keep buying it. !!!!! FIVE STARS !!!!!

I've been buying the refrigerated, vanilla, unsweetened version of this for a year; it's great in my late night brown cows. But in the past few months I haven't been able to find that and sometimes haven't been able to find this one either (in the refrigerated version). So I tried this and am very happy with it. I add a little vanilla sometimes.
