Great reading light!
I’ve been looking for a sleek modern well designed and versatile floor reading light for a long time. As soon as I saw the description, I was sold and it has not disappointed. The way the arm swings and the light itself swivels, and the temperature and brightness controls as well as the switch location are all brilliant (but you can also control them with your phone app if you don’t want to reach up). I also love that it senses movement. It will turn off after (not sure how many) minutes if there is no movement detected. If it does, I’ll simply wiggle or move my hand and it turns back on.

Too short, no extension option available.
Disappointed. The light is amazing… and useless in every application for which i needed it. Its only 4 feet tall, making it too short to sit over the bed, too easy to hit your head on and tip when sitting over the couch, not tall enough to extend over the back of the monitors on my desk. It needs another 6-8 inches to be useful. At this price point this kind of extension should exist and simply doesnt. A 6” extension to the base with power pass through would accomplish this, but after spending this much to have something custom machined is absurd. The only other option is a plinth or stand, making it a tipping hazard and preventing it from having the base slide under any adjacent furniture. So the arm isnt long enough to be of use. I would return it if it werent a Christmas present for someone else who doesnt mind using a wooden box yo elevate it.

They arent given the love they deserve. Solid, really functional, cool night motion sensor, other cool features. Could do Apple Home support. And not much for feature SW upgrades.

DON'T BUY. NOT WORTH IT.
Total ripoff. My light turned off constantly and all the blog reviews I read about how great this light is were exaggerated and not true. There is NOTHING special about this light.
