Soggy cones. Not at all crisp or fresh. All cones were like that.

I have mixed feelings about this purchase The Product is of good quality and no issues with the item itself but the Packaging was very disappointing. The gift wrap was torn when it arrived, and the custom gift message was completely wrong compared to what I submitted.
