Good product, poor packaging skills

Ordered 8 of this, the globes are nice and good quality, but whoever is packaging them needs a career change. 4 of the 8 were broken. Very little to almost no packing or anything to insulate the globes from shipping damage. I did receive 4 replacement globes, which were packed amazingly by someone of knows how to ship glass products.
