This is THE BEST sleep aide ever. I have steadily ordered this for over a year now. Not just for the well rested sleep, but because I look forward to drinking it every night. My favorite flavor is brownie batter- it’s literally like a hot cocoa treat every night before I go to bed. I initially started drinking this to help me get to bed earlier- but continued because it’s something I look forward to every night. Let’s be honest- since I have a pretty solid bedtime routine now, I could probably fall asleep without it, but I don’t want to. Like I said - HOT COCOA - plus I truly think my sleep is better with it & I like the beneficial ingredients. I’ve used other sleep aides in the past that made me feel groggy and lethargic in the morning but this one doesn’t! NO bad side effects. TRY IT!! P.S. i like mixing a scoop with just a small amount of creamer at the bottom of my cup, then fill the rest with hot water - makes it extra creamy.

As someone who struggles to fall asleep every night no matter what - I’d try anything at this point. Melatonin would make me groggy the next day. Magnesium supplements would be hit or miss. But I finally found the exact thing I needed with this Beam Dream sleep powder. I use one scoop of the brownie flavored powder in an insulated cup filled half way with hot water. I add a bit of pink salt (this makes the chocolate POP), blend it with an electric whisk, and sip it. This also curbs my nighttime sweet cravings. Very easy to prepare. As soon as I finish it - I kid you not - I can’t even make it through an episode of the office and I knock out. Highly effective for getting to deep sleep fast. Check out the great ingredients - they’re a mix of all the best things you could want before bed. And no grogginess when you wake up - no negative side effects at all, really! It may seem a little pricey but it says it has 30 scoops which should be month’s worth of good sleep - but even giving myself full scoops I get more than a month out of one bag. And that’s absolutely more than worth the price by far. I should work for the company with this pitch but when I find something I like - I push for its success. We could all live in a better world if we all got sleep as good as this. I encourage to give the bag a try and I know you won’t regret it!

I love this! It’s the perfect amount of sleepiness and wind down time at the end of the night! Great sleep quality. No groggy moments the next morning. So glad I found it! The chocolate brownie it’s so good!

This has helped me sleep better several nights now. I dont do it consistently, but the occasional usage seems to work. Also, its like a nice hot chocolate before bed. Yum

Let me just say first this before starting to drink this every night, I barely slept and most of the night just rolled around the bed waiting for my body to take over and do its work by putting me to sleep. This has been happening for months. Found about this product and I wish I knew about it sooner, Puts me to sleep every night with in 30m. What I mean about that it makes you drowsy so when you feel the drowsyness fall into bed quick and it’ll do the rest and you’ll sleep like a baby. One down side is there are some people who have mentioned it in other reviews that you wake up with some tiredness feeling. But to be honest I don’t mind that since for me it’s more important that I get the sleep I need and don’t mind having the tired feeling in the morning. It’s a win win situation and I recommend this product to anyone who has trouble sleeping. My favorite flavor is the brownie batter one, taste just like hot chocolate. I mix it into warmish water but it’s better with milk. I’m on the 3rd month on drinking this product.

I had high hopes for this after hearing rave reviews from influencers. Unfortunately, this product doesn’t work for me. It didn’t make me feel relaxed or sleepy. I didn’t feel refreshed after waking up, either. So disappointed I wasted money on this.

On the fence with this sleep aid product. Doesn't seem like it helps my sleep that much, especially for the price. I mix it with milk and warm it up, to enjoy a cozy drink before bed. Love the brownie batter flavor!

This is genuinely the best stuff ever. I look forward to it every night and I always get wonderful sleep when I have it.
