This is THE BEST sleep aide ever. I have steadily ordered this for over a year now. Not just for the well rested sleep, but because I look forward to drinking it every night. My favorite flavor is brownie batter- it’s literally like a hot cocoa treat every night before I go to bed. I initially started drinking this to help me get to bed earlier- but continued because it’s something I look forward to every night. Let’s be honest- since I have a pretty solid bedtime routine now, I could probably fall asleep without it, but I don’t want to. Like I said - HOT COCOA - plus I truly think my sleep is better with it & I like the beneficial ingredients. I’ve used other sleep aides in the past that made me feel groggy and lethargic in the morning but this one doesn’t! NO bad side effects. TRY IT!! P.S. i like mixing a scoop with just a small amount of creamer at the bottom of my cup, then fill the rest with hot water - makes it extra creamy.

Tastes great and helps you fall asleep fast. Mixes like a protien shake so something more than a spoon may be required.

I’ve been taking this BEAM Dream Sleep Powder before bed every night for 6 months now. I’ve noticed a huge change in my sleep! I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and don’t wake up feeling groggy or disoriented. Love this product!

I realize everyone is different, different metabolisms, etc. This beam powder did NOT work at all for me. I spent the exorbitant price and used it till it was gone, not 1 extra hour of sleep.

This was much sweeter than I was expecting. I tried several ways: with water, milk, both, and I couldn't get past the sweetness. I will say, it's more of a fake sweet taste than real sugar. I also didn't notice much difference with my sleep, but my partner said it could've helped slightly. I wouldn't buy it again but it felt worth trying. 🤷‍♀️ I did blend with a handheld mixer instead of a spoon and it wasn't gritty at all, it blended smoothly. I didn't feel groggy in the morning but I didn't feel sleepy at night, either.

I've found products like this to induce some relaxation which might help with sleep. The big positive about Beam Dream is the taste. Many of these products taste poorly. Beam Dream is more like a treat as it's delicious.
