TSA had no issues with it in our carry on bag. Total time from home to hotel for trip was ~6 hours.
Absolutely worked at designed and TSA did not have ANY issues with it for our meds in our carry on bag. Only one agent at one airport flagged it as suspicious, but once they pulled it out and looked at it, they immediately put it back in the bag and passed it on. It held temperature for a long time. Priced well and worked great!

Keeps meds nice and chilled. Good deal
Kept my meds well chilled on a long flight. Kept them well insulated and protected from damage. The temperature stayed well regulated. Good little case. The case fit snuggly in my carry on luggage. You may have an issue if you have more than 3 or 4 thick med (GLP) type syringes.

Works great - took on a 14 night trip to Europe, kept medication cool for a 5 hour drive to the airport, a 10 ½ hour flight to the UK then a 3 hour drive to the hotel.

just make sure the ice packs are flat when you freeze them and it got my medication through a flight without issues.
