I bought this for the loft area in my home that I am turning into a music area. This is exactly what l was looking for. Has an mcm look to it and warms up the space so nicely. The color is as pictured. No flickering and was extremely easy to put together. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I just finished assembling this lamp. Like much of the furniture being sold on Amazon, it is a kit that requires some patience to build. The company recommends that you view the assembly video. You can access it by using your iPhone to click on the tag they supply you within the assembly manual. The instruction manual itself is quite small and difficult to read, so I'd recommend watching the video. You can also access it directly on YouTube by typing in the name of the lamp and assembly video. As for the parts, the legs are real wood, and once they are secured to the bulb housing, sturdy. The hardware is also of good quality. Please remember that this is a $60 lamp (on sale), not the type of expensive lamp that you would find in one of your finer furniture stores. The lamp fit together well, however, the shade which is velcroed on both ends is a tiny bit short, and can barely be attached. It might help to heat the ends up slightly with a hairdryer to expand them. This way both pieces of Velcro can properly overlap so that they can fit together. Once assembled this is a very nice looking lamp that looks far more expensive than it is.

I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this lamp, to be honest. I thought, "Well, it's cheap and it looks cool, so maybe it’ll do the job.” But WOW—this lamp is like the unexpected plot twist in a movie I didn’t know I needed. First off, the design is stunning! It has that mid-century modern vibe without the steep price tag that usually comes with such style. The walnut finish is rich and smooth, and the flaxen shade adds a soft, warm glow that immediately elevated the vibe of my living room. I didn’t even realize how much I needed that cozy, ambient lighting until this lamp filled the room. Assembly was easy. It took me 10 minutes max, and I didn't even need to break out the manual (the only kind of manual I like). The cord is long enough to position it anywhere, and the E26 base works perfectly with a variety of bulbs—so, if you're a light-bulb-obsessed person like me, you can experiment with different looks (I've tried warm LED, soft white, and a vintage Edison bulb… all look great!). The best part? It didn’t break the bank! I was expecting to pay a lot more for something with this level of style and function. It's surprisingly sturdy, too—no flimsy plastic parts here. So, if you're in the market for a stylish, modern, yet budget-friendly floor lamp, this is your sign to go ahead and click "Add to Cart." Trust me, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

The lamp is very attractive and a good value for the money. We have three of them. That said, assembly of the shade was an issue with two of the three lamps. The shade must be attached to metal rings that you assemble first. The shade itself closes with Velcro at the ends, so it has to wrap around the ring in a way that lines up evenly at the top and bottom to avoid visible creases. We made sure the metal rings were tightly connected to reduce the circumference, but the Velcro still didn’t quite line up—close, but far enough off to be mildly irritating. We contacted the manufacturer, who sent replacement shades, but the issue remained. Unfortunately, the fabric/plastic shade has no elasticity, so there’s no way to stretch it for a better fit. Not bad enough to return, but definitely a bit frustrating.

This was the perfect lamp behind my chair. Much more reasonable than any other I found and quality is quite good. Easy to put together. Hubby did it in a matter of minutes.

Updated Review (7/2024): I just bought a second one of these lamps for my office. I got it in the darker legs for the office to match the dark desk. I posted a picture of the new dark legged lamp next to the one that has lighter legs so it’s easier for shoppers to see how the two color options compare to each other. Shades appear to be the same color. Again, super great value, sturdy, and functional. The holes didn’t line up great when I was assembling it (can’t remember if that was the case with my first one) but with some finagling and muscle, I was able to make it work. Super happy with my repeat buy!! Original Review: I looked at a lot of tripod lamps - some that were nearly 3 times the price of this one. In general, all seemed to have the same ratings, assembly process, etc. so I figured I’d take my chances on this one and am so happy I did! Yes, you have to assemble it, but it’s not hard and once assembled, it’s sturdier than I expected. With this style of lamp, it’s never going to be perfectly sturdy because of the tripod/skinny leg design. These legs are about as sturdy as you can get to still get the sleek look. I cannot see the joints unless I look real close. The shade is a light tan textured fabric so it compliments our neutral space well. It should go with a lot of different color schemes, as long as the color scheme isn’t too cool (this is definitely a warmer/tan color so real cool grays without any offsetting warm colors may clash). The shade has a seam, so we just put it towards the back and it cannot be seen. I like that the lamp came with tiny hooks so you can secure the brown cord down one leg, making it blend seamlessly with the design (as compared to some others that don’t come with the hooks, so the cord just hangs down the middle - sloppy). And the fact that the cord is brown, it blends right in with the legs. The foot pedal on/off is nice as compared to a pulley chain or twist knob, but we’ll have it hooked into a smart plug for auto on/off schedule, so likely won’t use it much. Overall, for the price, I’m super happy with this purchase!!

This lamp is exactly what I wanted. It requires some assembly, and it was pretty easy. The instructions are simple to follow, and they sent a few extra parts, which is always nice. The style is great and the parts are good quality. I've seen some reviews that complain about the assembly, but it is really not bad. I think for the price, this is a really good lamp, and I'm very happy with it.

Se atrasó por un día pero no importa, valió mucho la pena esta compra, la lámpara es muy bonita, me encantó y los materiales son de calidad. El armado me asustó un poco al principio ya que llegó todo empacado en una caja chica, pero al iniciar fue tan sencillo e incluso agradable el ir paso a paso hasta verla lista; trae todo lo que se necesita para ensamblar las piezas. La recomiendo!!

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Lampe! Sie sieht nicht nur super schön aus, sondern wirkt auch richtig hochwertig. Das Holzgestell ist toll verarbeitet und hat eine schöne, natürliche Farbe, die perfekt in mein Esszimmer passt. Besonders der Lampenschirm gefällt mir – er hat eine wunderschöne Leinenoptik und sorgt für ein angenehm warmes, gemütliches Licht. Gerade im Esszimmer schafft sie eine richtig einladende Atmosphäre, ohne zu grell oder zu dunkel zu sein. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und Design gelegt wurde.
