Severe Constipation From Day One – Very Bad Experience
I had a very bad experience with this Omega-3 supplement. I took it for more than 10 days, and from the very first day, I started suffering from severe constipation. The problem became so bad that it affected my daily routine. I tried taking it after meals, with enough water, and even adjusted my diet, but the constipation never improved. As soon as I stopped taking this supplement, my digestion slowly started getting better. This product clearly did not suit my body, and such a strong side effect from day one is unacceptable for a health supplement. I would not recommend this product. Very disappointed. Please be cautious before buying.

* English Review * Delivery: On time. Price: Slightly on the higher side, but during the sale the price dropped to around ₹813, which felt reasonable. Tablet Quality: Good. Bottle Quality: Good and properly sealed. Condition of Bottle During Delivery: Good, no visible damage. Condition of Tablets During Delivery: All tablets were intact; not a single tablet was broken. Smell Inside the Bottle: The smell reminded me of Center Fresh or Happydent chewing gum. Personally, I liked it. Tablet Smell: Since none of the tablets were broken, I could not notice the actual tablet smell. I also did not break any tablet intentionally to check it. Storage: I store the bottle inside the fridge in two plastic carry bags, but not near the freezer section, ice area, cooling vent, or near the fridge door.
