Easy to Take and Great Daily Supplement

Body not absorbing Vit D pill supplements well? You’ve got to try this!
This is the best Vitamin D supplement I could find. My rheumatologist recommended a patch after failing to get my levels up from deficiency using pill supplements. I opted to try a liquid form first because I’m outside a lot and patches don’t stay on well. It became very clear my body absorbs this form much easier. After 3 months we tested my levels again and they shot right up!! My hair is thicker, my skin is back to a more olive looking tone - I couldn’t be happier. Taste isn’t bad at all - kind of tastes like olive oil - and I don’t get a tummy ache even if with skipping breakfast here and there.

Vitamin D3 & K2 oral drops
This stuff works!!! I had low vitamin D and could not get my level up after 6 months of taking prescribed vitamin D supplements. I took these drops daily for 3 months & my vitamin D bloodwork is now at the higher end of normal. And with the K2, this is what helps the absorption.

Take this if you need to increase your D3
These drops work great! I’ve tried D3 supplements for years because my levels are always low. This is the first time my levels have gotten into the “normal” range. My D3 levels were 20.7 ng/ml (low) in November and now in March they are 42.5 ng/ml (normal). And I can feel the difference. I’ve been taking 10,000IU as daily (as long I remember to take it) but will probably lower the dose to 6000IU now that my levels are normal. I’ve been using the unflavored drops. It doesn’t taste great but it isn’t offensive. Like taking a teaspoon of olive oil. Initially I tried to hide it in my drinks and meals but didn’t like how it changed their flavor. I’ve found it is easier to down a dropper full then follow it with my morning coffee or breakfast. No weird aftertaste even when I don’t.
