Used in lieu of caulking
There's a gap between my tub and shower enclosure and water gets in and runs down under the tub. I'm renting, so I bought this tube and shoved it in the gap. It is now a gasket and it works great. I suppose it would work well for moving liquids. I pushed on it pretty hard with a pair of pliers to get it shoved into the gap and it didn't tear at all.

Not worth the extra money
I bought this to transfer water for our drink stand. It has a definite rubber taste in the water. We have ran everything we can think of to clean it. After running straight lemon juice through it I think it is better. I'll use a cheaper hose next time if I'm going to have to do all that anyway.

Works As Advertised
For the diameter the walls are a tad thick making it difficult to stretch over pump outlets. Where pressure is not on issue you might select a thinner profile.
