These Hyland’s Baby Nighttime Oral Pain Relief Tablets have honestly been a lifesaver for my son. Teething nights used to be really tough in our house—lots of crying, restlessness, and very little sleep for either of us—but these have made a noticeable difference. They’re super easy to give, which is a huge plus when you’re dealing with a fussy baby. My son takes them without much resistance, and I like that they dissolve quickly and don’t leave a mess or struggle. What impressed me most is how well they helped calm him down at night. Within a short time after giving them, he seemed more comfortable and was able to settle and sleep much better than before. It didn’t completely “knock him out,” but it definitely took the edge off his discomfort, which made a big difference for both of us. I also appreciate that they feel gentle and homeopathic, so I feel comfortable using them when he’s going through teething pain. This has definitely helped my baby through the night while he’s been teething. He gets excited when he sees the bottle because he already associates it with relief and comfort. 100% will recommend this for oral pain EVERY SINGLE TIME to every single parent. I took a chance on these when pain relievers were helping my child. This did. 100% effective, easy to use (dissolves almost instantly), clean ingredients, and a lot of tablets for the cost.

I used these with my first child as baby, he was & is is 100% tube fed dependant., but because these are dissolvable- i could either melt them into the formula or, make him a little uncomfortable with using them orally & they'd provide relief. I still had some leftover, five years & some months later when my 2nd baby begins to have teething, so I tossed those & ordered new ones. they work exactly as i remember, dissolve quickly and seem to provide some relief for teething. TO AVOID ⚠️ the little one becoming overwhelmed, I will give 2 of these immediately followed by a bottle, or pacifier. If your baby uses a pacifier, that would be the best. Neither of mine did, so giving with the bottle is the best. Large quantity of 120, clear directions & as shown in photos the bottle is small enough so that they store so easily at home in a small "baby meds" bowl, I also have one for the diaper bag & another for keeping at my own parents/their grandparents house as we all stay there often. These &, this brand has been helpful teething aid for both my children as babies. I would also like to note- My Daughter need Nutrageium & while this does have Lactose, sugar as a binder, it did not spark any issues with her CMPA.

The tablet format is convenient because there’s no bottle of liquid to measure, especially when you’re away from home. The packaging is compact enough to keep with other baby supplies and the instructions are clearly printed. I also appreciate that the tablets are small and designed to dissolve rather than being a traditional pill. With any product intended for a baby, I would definitely read the age information and ingredients carefully and follow the package directions. Convenient option to have available when needed.

These are great tablets. I haven used these for all three of my kids when they were teething and they have worked great. They are a great soother and especially where my kids were not sleeping at night because of mouth pain, these seemed to work because they would sleep the nights I gave it to them. Highly recommend

I have never been the type of mom who relies so much on a medication that I actually carry it with me outside our home. Well this one is a first. We recently stayed at a hotel overnight for two nights. It was within driving distance of our home, so we were back home during the daytime. I forgot to take this to the hotel the first night. At night we could tell I forgot by the fussiness of my teething 6 month old. My husband looked aghast as if I had lost my mind to have forgotten something to crucial. The second night I took it with me and administered it in the dosage the manufacturer recommends. One tablet under the tongue every 15 minutes for the first hour. Then once hourly. My son slept well, as did the rest of our family of five. He woke up twice or thrice. A great difference from the 5+ times without this medicine. Our son went from sleeping through the night his second week of life at home to waking up hourly or every other hour, at 4 months of age. During the day he would nurse and what would normally be a 2-4 hour nap, would result in him waking up with 10-15 minutes ever single time. Our care provider told us it was sleep regression so we just suffered through it. After a month and a half of that not ceasing I suspected it was teething. Knowing that with homeopathic medicine there are no side effects if the symptoms it's intended for are not present, I figured I had nothing to lose. The ingredients are merely flushed out of the system if what it's meant to treat is not there to treat. So, I placed an order for this product as well as the daytime version at the same time. I even placed it under 1 day shipping, the first time I have used 1 day shipping in my life. My only worry was that perhaps all the glowing reviews were due to the presence of belladonna, which I know is now removed on these. I worried for nothing since this still works great. I can't speak on all the controversy and hype around that ingredient being present. I didn't use it until this baby, my third. I wish I had used this on my now 2 year old toddler since she exhibited these same symptoms. That lasted from around 3 months of age until well around 9 months. Thinking it was sleep regression we didn't seek outside help and just endured the sleepless nights and days. I would highly recommend this product to any parent. I would also recommend only using it with the recommended dosage to be on the safe side. Sometimes my son still cries after one tablet is administered. My sweet husband and I take turns playing with him and engaging him, or walking with him which usually calms him down until the 15 minutes are up. We have never faced issues after the first four are administered every 15 minutes. So, for our son we know that's his threshold. We do administer the hourly ones as preventative/maintenance when he wakes up in he middle of the night just so he can have a good night's rest.
