A Salt of the Earth Experience!
First off, if you’re still using regular table salt, you might as well be sprinkling disappointment and sadness on your food. Celtic Sea Salt is like the Beyoncé of salts: fabulous. In seriousness, it does appear to have some decent health benefits, such as improving body fluid levels, nerve work, and muscle moves in check. I’m excited to see what wonders it’ll do for my body. For now, I’m just thrilled with the taste and quality. Goodbye, boring table salt – hello, Celtic Sea Salt!

This was bough on a whim. Advice on utube. Supposed to help your cells absorb water n all other health benifits. Anyway i though id try. Large bag of salt.....10 quid. Rubbish.....NOOOOO. This is fantastic. Its taste value alone is worth it even if its not producing health benifits. Not sure. But wow. A few grains and i mean grains gives your food the most amazing taste. I like salt, would go thro 2 pks a month. This has been used non stop n i have gave some to others to try. Its that tasty. So if there is no health benifits seen in coming weeks i know it tastes good and tbh not expensive at all. 25pks salt a year v 1pk of this. Hands dwn a huge saving. Amazing product

There is salt and there is Celtic sea salt
This is the best tasting salt, it's raw and has over 80 minerals. This beats all the others I've tried, Himalayan pink, sulphur and normal sea salt. The only thing is it's so rich in some minerals so it's damp and does not do well in a salt grinder, it's best to use a pestle and mortar

Your bodyHydration
I have the doses that I take every time I drink waterper instead of five grain of salt. I’ve been taking 20 every times i drink water, I have 8 cup of water per day and I find it really hydrates my body, I will highly recommend Celtic salt is good for your body hydration
