The Waterpik Cordless Pulse 3100 is easy to use and does a great job cleaning between teeth and along the gumline. The cordless design makes it convenient for everyday use, and the rechargeable battery lasts a long time between charges. It has enough water pressure to leave my mouth feeling fresh without being uncomfortable. The water reservoir is easy to fill, and the overall quality feels durable and well made. I’m very happy with this flosser and would definitely recommend it.

The only complaint would be, it does not include multiple heads for a partner to use. Other than that, it is an easy-to-use item. Teeth feel much cleaner and you can also put in mouthwash and fluoride (heaven forbid) to the water.

I’ve been using this Waterpik for a short time, and overall I’m very pleased with it. The water pressure is strong and does an excellent job cleaning between my teeth and along the gumline. The battery life also seems very good, and I like that it’s rechargeable instead of using disposable batteries. The only drawback is the reservoir size. For a thorough cleaning, I have to refill it about three times. That sounds inconvenient, but since I’m already standing in front of the sink, refilling only takes a few seconds and isn’t a major issue. If you’re looking for a compact cordless water flosser with strong cleaning performance, this is an excellent choice. Just be aware that the smaller reservoir is the tradeoff for its slim, portable design. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

I've been waiting to review this item because I wanted to see if it really lived up to the hype as far as battery life is concerned. I can say without a doubt that it does. I received this item on February 26th and charged it for a minimum of 4 hours as instructed in the Quick Start guide. I just put it on the charger today, March 28th, for the first time. The only reason I put it on the charger today was because I saw the charge indicator light blinking. Nowhere in the Quick Start guide does it mention anything about the battery indicator light. Unfortunately I had to download the full User Guide to find the information. The Quick Start guide only says to charge it for 4 hours before first using it which I did. Today I noticed the charge indicator light blinking after I was done using it and looking in the User Guide I found that it means that the charge is under 30%. I thought it meant it was at less than 10% like some other electronic items do so I put it on the charger. I should have probably let it go until it stopped on its own to see actually how long it would last but still, 4 weeks is pretty darn good. I did have a previous model of the water flosser, the WP-460W. This model needed to be recharged after 7 days. It worked great right out of the gate but there was a noticeable degradation in flossing power as you used it over the few days. By day 7 it really lost its oomph. With this model, the WF-20 series, there was no perceptible degradation in flossing power over the course of four weeks. The new model stands a little taller and slimmer than the older model and the water reservoir appears to be smaller. The older model says it has 45 seconds of water in the reservoir but the new model doesn't give you that figure. All I know is to floss completely I need to use almost to reservoirs. The new model is much quieter than the previous model so that is a plus. Also, the new model uses a USB-C plug for charging instead of a proprietary plug like the older model. With this battery life it will work perfectly when we go on travel, especially to other countries. I won't have to worry about taking a charger with me but if I do need one it uses the same charger as my phone so I two for one deal. The only negative that I can see is that when I switch the unit off it tends to spit out a little water from the switch. I don't know if it's because I switched from high to off in one quick motion or what. That caught me by surprise at first because it hit my shirt but now that I know about it it really isn't that big of a deal.

I’ve really enjoyed using my Waterpik. It leaves my mouth feeling much cleaner than brushing and flossing alone. It’s easy to use, gentle on my gums, and does a great job removing food particles from hard-to-reach areas. I noticed my mouth feels fresher after every use. Overall, it’s a great addition to my daily oral care routine, and I would definitely recommend it.

This was an inexpensive waterpik but it works great and the battery lasts. Don't have to worry about getting it wet, especially new waterpik users getting used to decrease splash. You don't have to worry about it getting wet, just concentrate on your technique. I use it three times a day and the battery goes for a couple week or more without recharging. Effective and great price. You don't need the expensive, even higher pressure pik which could irritate gums or break the seal around implants pushing in debris with possible infection. Works great!

Updated review, 04/03/26: The second Waterpik Cordless I received about six months ago leaked from the moment I first used it, so - like the first one I owned that lasted 18 months - this one has to live on a folded paper towel to prevent it creating a little pool of water on the sink surround. It works well, but I am unable to see that the design of it has changed in any way since I bought the first one. That suggests that the manufacturer is not troubled by reviews such as mine that question the quality of their product. Next time I need a water flosser I'll look elsewhere. Original review: I am having my second Waterpik cordless flosser delivered today. The reason I'm buying again a product to which I've given only three stars is that I'm not aware of any alternative similar product. If there were one, I'd definitely try it out. I owned the first one for a year and a half. Personally, I consider that unsatisfactory, but you will find reviewers whose flossers lasted far less than that. Here's what happened with the first one: I bought it almost exactly 18 months ago. It worked OK for about a year, being used once a day, every day. At some point the two-speed switch stopped offering a slower speed: I don't know quite when, because I always use it on high speed. Around its first anniversary the base started leaking slowly, so I stood it on a folded paper towel when not using it. The problem was not severe, because there was very little water left to leak after use. Nevertheless, not very good. A week ago it refused to charge. This turned out not to be a defective battery but a problem with the USB-C connection on the side. This connection is "protected" against water by a rather awkward rubber plug, but it doesn't seal very well. While troubleshooting it, it became clear that the USB-C is picky, and some plugs won't work at all. Possibly certain chargers don't work either. I urge potential buyers to read all the reviews before making their purchasing decision. It is clear from the reviews as a whole that a) the quality of construction leaves something to be desired; b) the company can be unhelpful when it comes to warranty claims. You will have to be the judge as to whether these potential issues justify the asking price. As I said, I'm purchasing a second one right now. If this doesn't do better than the previous one, I'll look elsewhere next time.

Very powerful, I feel like it could knock out a filling but so far it's a good alternative for those of us that hate flossing. It's big, just wish it had a store clip on it to put the two diff nozzles in it when not in use. This order came to me in the same day. My old one I got at Home Goods for about $20 and it was not even close on the amount of pressure this one has.
