Help with training
I brought these the help me with my training, i only have one issue and it is only a small one, when you are doing you exercises you have to keep adjusting the position of the ankle strap. Other than that they are good

They are really good but do start on the small weight girst

Stronger force needed than I expected
Resistance much stronger than I expected. Have yet to try them for leg workouts.

Leider nicht wie angegeben
Laut Info gibt es 3 verschiedene Stärken (10,20 und 30 lbs). Habe 2 mal 10 lbs erhalten und einmal 20 lbs. Kundenservice kontaktiert. Ansonsten gut, die Stärken für mich nur zu schwach.

Comfortable, portable and challenging.
As a fit man these were humbling on the level 1 band. I will gradually work up but these are great targeting the abductors and outer glutes. I can also use them for single leg back hyperextensions off the side of my bed. These are cheaper and more comfortable to wear than ankle weights. You can easily hook and unhook them to walk around.

Déçu Il n'y a que un seul qui est utilisable Les autres sont trop larges et donc inutile J'aurai dû faire un retour mais j'ai oublié de le faire. Ne l'utilise plus. Dommage

Not great for small people
It works ok. I guess it will work better for taller people or people with long legs. I'm a small person so the resistance bands don't stretch that far.
