Seems to be doing well. As on taking any new supplements, you need to give it a good 60 days to be sure the benefit is there and worth the cost. I’m going to continue.

It Works. That’s why we buy these products. It’s gentle too and no cramping as in some other laxatives. Definitely a repeat buy.

I am now 2 month in after incorporating both Phosphatidyl Serine and Omegas into my supplementation. I have noticed:1. Sharper cognitive ability—I’m losing my train of thought far less often.2. Less irritability—I don’t default to anger anymore.3. I’m feeling overwhelmed far less often (1-2 times per week instead of once per day)4. Memory improvement such as remembering why I entered a room, the groceries I need to pick up, and returning the library book on time.5. Improved focus - I am able to stay on task much easier than before.

I cannot take this. It made me extremely dizzy to the point of falling. The product itself is good and no issues with the company. This is just one of those supplements I can't use. So I'm giving it 4 stars.

I've used this exact supplement for at least a couple of years. This time I noticed a major problem. The capsules are usually white. This time they are white with brown streaks throughout all the capsules. They are not supposed to look like this!I've emailed their customer support and left a voicemail on their customer service after-hours line. Notified Amazon. And last but not least, leaving this review to warn others. Check the LOT number on your bottle(s) and compare it with mine. Mine says:LOT: 220310? (last number is illegible)EXP: 06/2024My apologies I don't have the complete LOT number. The important thing is to inspect your capsules. If all white they should be ok. It is never white. This particular lot is light brown with specks. It is a natural raw material derived from soy and color will vary lot to lot. There is nothing wrong with the product and is safe to consume."We hope this help! I'll take a close look at it and decide if I feel comfortable taking it if it has specs (which it hasn't in all my time using it).In all fairness it's not usually white, more of an off-white. The specs are what concern me. But, according to the mfr, they are safe.

I am a 61 year female. I was a professional videographer. I operate the complicated livestream at church. Three times now, I have forgotten to plug the projector into the computer, sending parishioners into a tizzy to find out what's wrong. It's so embarrassing when everyone realizes it's just that I forgot to plug in the projector.This embarrassment led me search for a solution. I have been taking 2 capsules a day of Double Wood Phosphatidyl Serine for 10 days now. I'm already feeling faster reaction time to an aggressive driver on the highway, and better recall to the question "Who was I supposed to call tomorrow morning?" The answer (the dentist) came immediately out of memory, rather than hours later, or possibly never.I've seen other reviewers say to take 2 capsules for 30 days, then one capsule a day after that. I'm looking forward to never forgetting to plug in that darn projector at church again, among other things. My mind just feels "brighter" and "less fuzzy". I feel mentally 15 years younger.UPDATE: I weigh 180lbs, and am 5'4". I took 2 capsules once a day for the first month, then one capsule each day after that. (I put the bottle next to my morning coffee so I don't forget to take my memory pills -- ha ha!) I feel sharper and more quick to recall things, or put things together in my brain in creative ways. Like when I was younger, or like if I always drank coffee, without the coffee buzz and the upset stomach. I'm very impressed.
