Effective but with cons
After using this for close to 8 months i can say it works well for dandruff however the downside is it has accelerated the growth of grey hairs so i stopped using it.

When a product excels at nothing, any price is too high
If you have visible dandruff flakes, you need a proper anti-dandruff treatment regimen, not this shampoo. And if you're already following one, you need a gentle shampoo for use between treatment washes, since medicated shampoos are typically used only every 3–4 days. Ironically, this shampoo fits neither role. It isn't effective enough to manage significant dandruff, yet it isn't gentle enough to serve as an everyday maintenance shampoo. To make matters worse, it leaves the hair noticeably dry, even on an oily scalp. It ends up being the worst of both worlds, with no clear place in any dandruff-care routine.

You can see the difference from one wash itself, it is very usefull specially in winters, doesnt itch at all and remove oiliness.
