The fingerprint reader is so fast that it is the easiest way to gain access. Face recognition takes a bit longer, and longer still if you sometimes wear glasses. Excellent camera, beats my £250 Nikon for night shots or burst mode. The speakers are quite comfortable to listen to podcasts through. Masses of storage, more than I can use for all my music, photos, and even films. Even the earbuds are an improvement, as they fit well and never fall out. Lovely bright screen, easy to see even in bright sunshine. Worth the money.

I've always had Sony phones prior to this phone,. The Samsung has a 64gb internal memory as well as sd card slot, the phone is much faster than any phone I have had, it has a fingerprint reader, Iris reader for enhanced security. I just love everything about it

Love this phone and use it for everything, including work so was gutted when it suddenly stopped working. I am not very technically minded when it comes to phones and had found it very user-friendly. I was very impressed with both Amazon and Cheapest Electrical regarding the way I was supported and the options I was given to either have a full refund or have it repaired. I opted for the latter as I figured it would be less hassle in the long run. Highly delighted to have it back and working well now and to be able to see all my awesome photos of a recent trip down under....which had not been backed up and have caused me angst! Thank you.... I think I might have learnt my back up lessons this time round.

Phone seemed okay to start.Problems with the cameras, black screen with selfies, using camera in apps was none existent. Was not aware that the phone was refurbished as not clear on sellers page.Returned for refund.

Good phone upgraded from s7 after it burnt it self out(shouldn't have been on them 18+ sites but hey ho haha) had it around 8 months still doing well and handles 'them sites' alot better. Good camera though s10 does have a little edge over it in that area but the phone itself is yet to be succeeded.

The phone came with 0 power, and I mean 0. I had to charge it up for about 15 minutes before I even got a charging sign. This isn't good at all. I've had the phone for about 6 months now, and both the battery life and screen brightness are awful already. I had this exact same phone new before, and it lasted me about 5 years before it got this bad. It's been 6 months. Ik its a refurb, but seriously do better. Very bad quality refurb
