Durable and safe
I love this tea pot. Glass is very durable. The stainless steel infuser is safe and not leaching harmful ingredients into the tea. Have been using for about an year and still looks great. If it ever breaks, I plan to buy the exact same one. Love it!

lid only fits when infuser is inserted
I took off a star because I got it for a specific purpose that it's not performing, but the kettle itself is good. It's a good size and pours well. The reason I took off a star is because when you take out the infuser, the lid doesn't sit on the actual teapot, it just fits the infuser and is too small for the hole on top of the pot without the infuser in it. I got it to make a big pot of tea and then put it on a pot warmer for the rest of the day to keep it warm. That doesn't work as well with no lid.

Very breakable.
Arrived broken, so I returned it. But it looked good. I think it will work well if you can keep it in one piece.

If I could I would give it a 0 It can broke and the original box looked beat up. The amazon box hid the 1st box until opened.
