Much improved battery life
The box looked kind of beat up, maybe because they inserted the tools? But the battery is fine and has been working well for a week now. Installation was pretty easy and my laptop will hold a charge now.

Perfect fit
Fits my Dell G15 5511 laptop perfectly, extended my battery life to about 1hr 45mins vs. 35mins that I was reduced to with previous battery. Easy to install, really appreciate the included tools. Follow the YouTube instructions and you can't go wrong. No need to take the laptop to a repair shop.

Perfect battery, no complications
Great battery even after 15 weeks. Excellent battery life with no complications. However, package does not come with a wire to connect to the laptop. This was not a problem because I used the one that came with the old battery being replaced.

Works as expected
Item came with instructions that were actually helpful, not just a bunch of warnings. Holds charge much better than old battery. Hopefully it will last years with proper care and feeding. 6/9/24 update: full charge only lasts about an hour. It takes less than 2 hours to charge from 20% to 100%. Nope. Returning.

Works great
Battery is working great for a Dell XPS 9500. Battery cable (used to connect motherboard and battery) is not included, so save this cable before recycling your old battery. Fits perfectly in device and no issues have popped up since installing last week. Dell provides a repair guide for my model of laptop, and following this ensured the battery was easy to replace.

Unsafe battery - laptop caught on fire
Replaced original battery in my Dell XPS 9510 with this battery. It worked well for about 5 days. After leaving it unplugged overnight, I woke up and it was dead. Plugging in and it was still dead. My laptop caught on fire after disconnecting and reconnecting it!! The burned components appear to be the power MOSFETs or voltage regulators on the power delivery sub-board. Laptop is toast now - avoid at all costs!!!

Buy this one
Great battery, great price. I ordered another battery from a different Amazon seller, junked out on the first charge. Been using this one for 2 months now , not a single issue.
