Great product.
I got this for my dog and I have been giving it to him for a week now. I noticed the stiffness in his hip has eased and he is able to get up and down his stairs again.

A noticeable difference most days.
I'm really torn up. I'm 70, an 80% disabled Vet, on major pain meds, supposed to have a knee and shoulder replacement and don't have a joint that doesn't try to ruin my day every single day. I've tried different supplements over the years and never continued taking any of them. This stuff has been quite surprising. It took about a week of one a day but I have realized a definite difference in my joint pain. I've changed nothing else and nothing will ever allow me to not take pain medication, but this is contributing to a noticeable lessening of my pain, not drastic, but enough that I will continue with these and honestly, that is a surprise. Particularly being non-prescription. I'm sick of taking pills, but I hate this one a little less.

Still waiting for better result
So I've been on the suplement for about 2 weeks. Not sure if it's working yet. I noticed less joint pain but not much. It supposedly have great ingredients. Pill size is pretty big, hard to swallow of you're not used to it. So on the function I'm not sure yet.

I have been a supplement supporter and user for many years. I try and test, use and find value in different supplements that can help with everyday things especially as we begin to age. Hard to say- I couldn't tell a difference other than my knees hurt still.
I tried a few different brands. I switched to this one because it said it had the glucosamine with boswellia extract. But I can't really tell the difference. I'm going to go back to my original brand through Shaklee.

What an absolute God-send!
This wonderful, WONDERFUL product has relieved the pain and strain from my joints, muscles, arms, legs (shall I go on?)...oh, and also, the strain from my face. I received benefits the very first day I took it. Cannot imagine a better product than this, and for such a good price! I hope you give it a try, as I did. I am in love!
