I add 1 scoop to my 24 oz water bottle and sip throughout the day in addition to drinking my daily water. I noticed my mood is better, I sleep better, and wake up earlier with more energy and get my chores out of the way bright and early because I have more energy and a better mood. At times, I have to remind myself to eat because it suppresses my appetite; but the good news is I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks. I keep this product on hand and use it if I feel sluggish to put that kick in my step because it definitely keeps my energy level up, so I can work out or go walking. I have used the lemon flavor for nearly a year, and now the Raspberry Lemonade gives me some variety. I like that it's vegan BCAA. It tastes just like lemonade, and has no after taste. I was pleasantly surprised that I experienced absolutely no side effects. It really works, I sleep better, feel less stressed, cravings have stopped, and I even have more energy and work out longer with faster recovery. Overall I am quite pleased with the product.

I will first start off by saying I am not a dedicated vegetarian or vegan but I have tried another raw brand product (the thermogenic pre workout) and I felt like it worked very well so I was interested in giving their bcaa's a try when I was looking for a recovery bcaa. It just turns out that this product also has weight loss properties and that also fit the bill for me.I'm not sure if there are other flavors, but what I got was the lemonade flavor and I was pretty impressed that it didn't taste earthy being a vegan product. It tasted to me like the country time lemonade powder mix and that was very pleasant.I often use this after a hard workout and I can feel less fatigue on my muscles. After I consume my drink I can feel the energy being put back into my muscles ,it's a weird feeling that I'm not used to, but it feels relieving and I don't know why I haven't taken this product sooner. It definitely feels like it's the proper thing to do.I tend to workout in the evenings before dinner time and take this in between working out and eating. I can tell that I am less hungry and have been eating smaller portions for dinner and I think I can attribute that to the appetite suppressing properties of this product, which in turn has helped me lose some unwanted weight.Overall I am impressed with the raw brand and their bcaa formula. I am going to have a look at some of their other offerings and give them a try as well. Raw brand products have eared my trust.

They aren't just dressed up pink and slapped with woman marketing.What do I love about Amino Slim?It has the necessary amino acids for muscle recovery and soreness reduction like regular BCAA supplements do but they are extremely high quality (fermented) and then there's multiple additions to the formula that appeal specifically to me. It helps with appetite for one! That's a huge selling point for me and it actually works. It's got saffron in it which has been praised by medical doctors including Dr. Oz for it's weight loss abilities. Like I said, I clearly notice the difference.It also has ashwagandha in it and that helps with stress & cortisol which can both be spiked after a workout or in times of stress. When taken consistently it can really help against overeating and compulsive snacking. Aka they are actually good for you. I find the lemonade flavor to be delicious too. Sure, it's not caramel sugar apple or pixie stix flavor but it's good for you. That's what matters.Taking the products together.I like to take thermo pre in the mornings before my walks. Any sort of cardiovascular movement involved and you'll burn more calories. I knock back a shot (1 scoop) of it and I'm on my way. I'll mix a scoop of these aminos throughout the course of my walk or immediately after. Either way, I notice I'm not hungry for the forseeable future and I recover quite a bit faster :) Really never as sore as I used to be.

Initially bought this for DOMS, seems to have gotten more prounounced as Ive gotten older - 61 yr old female. Have always worked out in some fashion, i change it up but go to weights when i can. Read the description, thought slimming yeah right...but need to carve out about 10 lbs. You know, those lbs that creep up, sometimes come and go but then come and stay, lol. I eat healthy but love my potato chips and chocolate too. So i first tried the sipping all day option. Taste is fine but i used 1 scoop in my 40 oz flask. Not much to report and kinda disappointed. So i upped it to 2 scoops in the flask AND during morning workout. Good result with ability to work out with less fatigue and generally more energized. Drank remainder thru the day. Taste is much better when stronger. Tart and not overly sweet, Stevia is plant based and pleasant. Now the big news - will it actually help with appetite and weight loss? After one canister i saw nothing in that regard. But the taste is a good workout taste and helped with the workout itself so i ordered a second. Its like the appetite suppressant kicked in - like i needed to stick with it to see results (and isn't that true about many things??) And not only a suppressant but i find it much easier to resist temptation of my favorite go to snacks. Granted you also need to do your part - do your part to help make it work by making the effort at eating right. But this stuff makes it easier! Finally seeing appetite suppression and weight loss of half pound or more every several days when i check. Give it time to work! 4 star rating due to pricey cost. You decide if its worth it for you...it is for me.

Flavor is great! The only downside is it is not full when you purchase. This is mine combined with leftovers from my last one. It’s a little over a quarter of the tub full brand new when you open it.

I am enjoying the Amino Slim product. It tastes great..just like lemonade. It keeps me from getting hungry in the afternoons and gives me a little boost of energy. I would love to have other flavor options (my suggestion is berry). I love that it not only contains BCAAs, but also contains Ashwagandha for stress relief. I was able to eliminate taking it separately. I also love the fact that they use Stevia and Monk Fruit instead of artificial sweeteners! It is the perfect supplement for me... appetite control and stress reduction. An added and unexpected benefit was that I stopped drinking diet soda in the afternoons. This tastes so good that I wasnt craving my usual soda. One other suggestion would be to offer larger sizes because I go through this pretty quickly. You can auto subscribe so you dont have to run out. I highly recommend this product.

This is a product I can certainly see myself using this product long term. I even have a friend who is wanting to adopt a more healthy lifestyle and has asked me for advice in doing so. The powders' texture is very fine, so it is uber easy to mix with water.The actual results of the product? Great! I have been doing keto for about 28 days and mixing it with intermittent fasting. Before I was taking this product, I was literally hungry all the time. It was nearly impossible to fast. However, I drink this before and during a workout.
