Noticed a change
I've been making the Sally K Norton Alkalized lemon fizz drink from her book to help with oxalate dumping symptoms which is this, 1/4 cup lemon juice and potassium citrate, and it has been helping with bladder pain, headaches and feeling hydrated def recommend!

Uses for low sodium diet
Using your product and cream of tarter replaces baking soda soda and or baking powder in receipt . Great for people on low sodium spots like me

This is very effective mixed with baking soda to relieve food or chemical sensitivity reactions.
This is very effective mixed with baking soda to relieve the reactions caused by occasionally accidentally coming in contact with foods or chemicals that I am sensitive to. Alka-seltzer used to make a "gold" version with those ingredients. It was very effective, but they don't make it anymore, so now I just mix my own. I learned this remedy from reading books written by Dr. Jacqueline Krohn.

Did not help get rid of powdery mildew on roses
Did not phase the powdery mildew on roses so for me it was a waste of money. Depending on your use—it may be helpful to you.
