As with any skin products, you need to find what works with your skin. The old spice gentleman’s line of deodorant always lasted me the whole day, gave no irritation and masked my body odour. However, I am very sensitive to strong smells and wanted something unscented unlike their Sandalwood scented one. This unscented variation works perfectly for me. It protects against my body odour for the whole day, even after a workout, doesn’t have a strong scent and doesn’t irritate my skin. One issue is that this one is pricier, about 50% more than their scented variations. But I’d rather get this one. A whole stick lasts me 7-8 months.Another potential issue for others is that it stains dark shirts on the inside since it’s a dry deodorant solution. It’s not noticeable on the outside of the shirt so it doesn’t bother me.

This Old Spice deodorant stick suits my need perfectly. I have sensitive skin, so no harshness to the skin. I apply it not only to the underarms, but also to other areas of the body. Once applied, it has a refreshing smell. The price is reasonable too, So guys, give it a go.

I've used this for several weeks now and have had no issues with rashes or irritated skin from using it - and I have had reactions to some Old Spice products in the past (specifically the Fiji scent), so if you're worried about this one causing irritation or rashes; it did not in my case.The scent is great, very pleasant and sweet - smells as advertised. As far as I can tell, it has not caused any of my clothes to stain unlike some aluminum based deodorants I've used in the past (this one is aluminum free).The only downside I have with this product is that the scent does not last the entire day. Applying at let's say 7 or 8am will last you until about 2 or 3pm, so around 8 hours, before the scent starts to fade and your armpits start smelling again (this may also be an even shorter time frame if you are exercising or active throughout the day).If you're not looking for a very long lasting deodorant, and just want something that smells nice and covers odor for a day at work or school, I would recommend this product. And although the Fiji version gave me a rash, that one was very effective in covering up odor and lasting the entire day (well over 12 hours, even when I was more active), and the scent was very nice. So I recommend that over this one if you don't have sensitive skin.

Let’s just cut right to it: My husband and I loved it immediately, and it is only getting better as the hours pass! Considering it’s pretty expensive for one stick of deodorant, we were really hesitant, but we are extremely glad we took the chance. Here are our thoughts:PROS:- The “ABSORBS SWEAT” quality to this is what sets it apart from all other deodorants and antiperspirants (tapioca starch: effective yet gentle dryness). The addition of the starch makes this deodorant feel far more comfortable on the skin.-Excellent for people with sensitive skin, which my husband definitely struggles with-Smells masculine, warm, not too musky, not too fruity, and my husband rates it above all other deodorant scents he has tried. As the woman who has to smell him everyday, I completely agree it’s a perfect masculine scent-As you warm up as sweat, you can smell the deodorant more! I love that it doesn’t just smell like it’s layering itself over body odor, it seems to genuinely PREVENT odor-A little goes a long way! My husband erred on the side of caution on his first application and only did two small swipes under each armpit, but the deodorant still did its job-Having the deodorant in stick form means it’s really easy to apply, carry with you, and reapply if necessary-I love that it glides on like a gel, feels a bit powdery to the touch, and dries down comfortablyCONS-Only this scent and the Black Cherry Bourbon scent come with the sweat absorbing quality, which is extremely disappointing. The other Total Body deodorant scents feel greasy on the skin, so they’re not even close to the same.-It’s expensive, but I do believe it’s overall quality makes it worth the price! If Old Spice made this in scents I would wear, like Wilderness or Fiji, we would be buying twice as many sticks!If you’re on the fence, take the leap and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

i have an excessive number of sensitivities/allergies to common ingredients used in deodorants nowadays, and ended up feeling stuck with a particular brand that is now over $17/tube. had switched to method deodorant thinking i'd found my permanent replacement, but then the scent i like most had an unexpected price hike to almost as much as my old brand, so i bought this as a holdover hoping it would work just as well, and that the price of my previous deodorant would come down. my partner also uses this scent and it works great for him, so i figured i would try it. turns out, it works great for me, too. will definitely use this againpros: gentle, lasting scent; goes on smooth; doesnt stain my clothes; keeps me smelling fresh all day; the formula doesn't give me hives or make me itch when i sweat like other brands havecons: just wish there were more scent options for this formula; melts a bit too quickly, leading to a lot of product buildup inside the cap

I’m a woman, and I have TERRIBLE nerve sweats a lot. I usually stick to clinical strength Secret for my deodorant, but I’ve been changing my fragrance profile up, and thought this would be a great addition, as I had used regular fragranced old spice in the past and it worked great for both smell and sweat control.I love the fragrance of this, and application is silky smooth! However, I noticed it starts wearing off very quickly. Within a couple hours, the fragrance AND the sweat protection were gone. Anybody who gets nerve sweats knows… this is sweat inducing. Thankfully I keep a backup deodorant in my bag that I could use throughout the day.So, I would only recommend this if you are a light sweater, not doing much physical activity, and staying indoors. Like an “around the house” deodorant. Otherwise plan for multiple reapplications throughout the day.

I don't know what sort of black magic or unknown eldridge god they worked with to make this unscented deodorant but it's absolutely incredible (for me). I may be a unique case but some time ago I discovered I sweat less with deodorant than I do with antiperspirant for whatever reason. But I've always gotten a mild to severe rash under my arms when using most deodorant including ones labeled as "natural" and I tried a LOT of different brands (also charcoal deodorant makes me sweat like crazy for some reason). So I decided to try an unscented deodorant to see if the rash was cause by a fragrance allergy. Even when using deodorant with fragrance I found that Old Spice deodorant gave me a less severe rash than others. So I was happy to find that Old Spice had an unscented deodorant but skeptical that such a thing would work and keep me not smelling of awful unchecked BO. To be fair it took a few days for my body to get used to using the deodorant but now that it is I find that not only does this deodorant not have a fragrance, incredibly so, but also I don't stink whatever I use the deodorant and I have no idea how that happens. Also surprisingly I found that if I forget to put on the deodorant I stink less than I normally would. And most importantly I don't seem to be a developing any kind of rash from it which is an absolute win all around. I have no idea how a deodorant that doesn't smell like anything it doesn't have any antiperspirant properties makes it so that I don't stink and I also don't sweat excessively but this one does and it's absolute Magic to me. I wish they would sell bulk packs of this deodorant and also that they would make the similar magic formula and a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that I could use. 5 stars all around for my admittedly likely extremely niche case.
