A project
I originally purchased this table after ALOT of searching. I figured I can figure this out by myself. It was a long weekend. I installed one table then it hit me. The beams are 16” away from each other. In a perfect world two brackets would share one bean. However, we don’t live in that perfect world and the bracket had to be brought in, because the stud and the bracket did not align unless there was a 6inch gap in between the two tables. & that wasn’t the look I was going for. Hopefully, this helped someone. As you can see, I drilled four holes to bring the brackets closer.ProSolid piece of woodClear instructionsIf only installing one -one person can put the screws in, but a second person will be needed to hold the table in placeConHard to make new holesHard to re-install hardwareIf not handy this isn’t a good idea to buy two

We like it but it's not a drop leaf table
The product is not a drop-leaf table, it does not fold, so please be aware of that. Also, it arrived with some damage.Product Itself:Good quality wood, I do like the finish on the wood and it went very well in the space where I mounted it. I thought the finish would be darker from what I saw in the pictures online but upon receipt of the item, I was pleasantly surprised I actually liked the color. The damage to the corners ended up being on the bottom side of the table, so it did not affect the table aesthetically. For the corner damage, I just sanded it down, to prevent anyone from getting splinters. There was a minor dent on the surface of the table which I could not fix.Mounting the Product:So this was a bit more of a challenge. The item only came with concrete screws and no instructions for mounting. I had never seen concrete screws so I went to the nearest hardware store, they informed me of what they were and guided me to the proper items I needed to install on hollow drywall and 2x4 studs in order to hold the weight and daily use of the table. I bought some strap-toggle anchor with screws for the hollow part of the wall and a 2-inch screw with the appropriate diameter of the hole. My husband helped me mark and mount the table, it may work better with three people, two holding the table in place and 1 mounting the table in place.Overall, we really like our table! A bit over a week and it's still on the wall, has supported a decent amount of weight. We're happy with it.

Perfect for my rustic she-shed!
I love this shelf! The wood is thick and sturdy. I got two different sizes for different spots in the room. Matches great with the other rustic wood items in the room. The shelves were easy to assemble (I was not hanging on brick or cement, so did not have to use the cement/brick hanger attachment). They are sturdy and don't give. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent quality
Just what I needed for my small kitchen area. Can be a table, a shelf, a prep space. There is about an inch spot on left side that has a little rough patch. But it’s supposed to be “rustic” so I’ll live with it. I also appreciate that the brackets although black metal aren’t super glossy or shiny. They are meant to look a little weathered.

Weak product construction & hardware
I love the gorgeous wood used for this product. However, the design and hardware used is weak. I mounted the fixture pretty easily with. the help of a friend. The whole thing fell from the wall the next day and I'm pretty sure that the hardware provided for this product is too weak to support the weight (about 20-22 lbs) of the table. My wall is now ruined. If you purchase, make sure to work with your local hardware store to identify a better way to install. Do not use the provided hardware; you may have to use different braces as well. The wood is such high quality, I wish this had worked out.

doesn't correspond to wall studs
First off, this is a very simple product and it does come exactly as described. I had a surprisingly hard time finding a simple wall mounted shelf/table that I could put a laptop on. I don't like cluttering the floor. I can't believe more options aren't available. It looks fine. It is a solid piece of wood (not engineered or particle board) which I like. That means you could sand, stain and paint it if you wanted. It is only partially sanded so if you want to eat on it or use it for food, I would probably sand and seal the top surface. If you were to spill something on this table without sealing it, it might be hard to get out.It is way too expensive for what it is. However, they are taking advantage of the fact that this type of product is hard to find for some reason. Somebody with more time and skill could easily make this themselves and use some IKEA brackets. My bigger issue is securely mounting it. I got the 40 x 14 inch version. The pre-made bracket width is about 36'' apart. I have standard wall studs that are 24"". Obviously, this is a problem. The kit includes cement wall anchors. I can't imagine many people have cement walls in finished areas of their house! Therefore, these are useless. My solution: One bracket is in a wall stud. The second bracket is held by dry wall anchors. I then added two brackets in between from IKEA that are attached to wall studs. I would not trust one half of this shelf to dry wall anchors alone. This item is real wood so it's not light. Also, I imagine at some point somebody will lean on this. If the sellers were smart, they would space the brackets at 24'' intervals or have the option to be flexible.

Beautiful floating dining table!
I ordered this table in the largest size and it arrived with no damage. It has a beautiful rich color, is sturdy enough to fine on and is the perfect depth to fit my laptop for work. I opted to use alternative brackets for a simpler more stream lined look.
