It effectiveness is great as I sleep longer and deeper and that’s only with taking one scoop of the magnesium. It taste great and mixes well with water. It also does not cause the distress with the bowels like some of the other types of magnesium can do.

It helps me sleep and with some of my menopausal symptoms, about to buy my second containers.

I really like this calm magnesium. It taste great. A orange pineapple flavor I think. Mixes easily.

I love zipfizz. They taste great. They make me feel great. So it is to no surprise that their night time drink also makes me feel great. I make this every night about an hour before bed to help me wind down and get a good nights sleep. It taste good - not as good as the energy peach mango but it is pretty close. It is not fizzy - more flat. But the quality of my sleep is better when I have this before sleep time. So this is how I make my drink every night. I use a small glass - a scoop of ice - two scoops as it says on the container - fill to the top with water - stir and then drink it down! Highly recommend! Clean ingredients. Easy on my tummy - no digestion issues. Quality night of sleep.

The best sleep I’ve had in a very long time! It’s a bit overly sweet but for these kinds of results, I’m totally ok with that. I just add extra water. I’ve been using this product for about two weeks and have noticed that I sleep deeper and harder with no wake ups in the middle of the night. I originally used the adult dosage of 2 scoops for a couple of nights and then decreased to one scoop. On scoop is perfect for me. I wake up feeling so rejuvenated…even with 5 or 6 hours I feel rested. My partner (who is a serial insomniac) tried it too and now it’s our nightly sleep drink. We both look forward to it. I’ll be purchasing for the foreseeable future.

The reason I ordered this is because Zipfizz makes some pretty decent drink mixes. They aren't the best on the market, but they are a nice change now and again. The reason why I don't order Zipfizz products more often is because the proprietary container that they come in is an extreme pain to try to work with. They seem proud of this proprietary package, but I don't understand why you need a fancy tube that requires a knife to open in order to get a tiny amount of powder out.So I bought this thinking that I'd get the same quality Zipfizz beverage in an easier-to-use container. I was wrong. There is no fizz whatsoever in this drink, and the flavor is kind of sickening. I started mixing it with other drink mixes largely in an effort to use it up, but after about a month, the powder in the container had turned into a solid brick. I ended up having to throw about 2/3 of the product away because it became unusable.

Works good and tastes good too! Be careful, if you take too much it will clean your intestinal tract quite efficiently! Start small and build up. I take this right before bed. Works in about 20 minutes!

Decent flavor but didn't notice much difference in my sleep.
