These body armor drinks taste good, they supply me with needed potassium and magnesium for my sciatica and prediabetes. I can’t eat a lot of bananas due to the high sugar. These drinks are sugar free and also covers my vitamin A&C in comparison to other electrolyte drinks on the market.

I get these on subscription (which helps me save money!) by the case, each month because its so much cheaper than buying individually at the store. They are so good and sometimes I have to buy extra towards the end of the month. I love the super low calorie content! I love that it has vitamins and minerals. My son hydrates with these days before tennis tournaments and says they are effective at prevent dehydration and cramping. It doesn't taste like salt and it is not hard on the stomach. I have Sjogren's Syndrome and I mix them with water to make them last longer and give my water a better taste. I used to love water but since I was diagnosed with Sjogren's, it's been hard hydrating with only water. I can tell when I'm dehydrated by the veins in my forearm getting bigger. Once I replenish with a few of these mixed with water and maybe one as is, there is a big difference. I have also seen a difference in my skin not being as dry which makes it easier on the pocket because I don't need to buy expensive creams as much which is important to me because I'm young and want to keep my youthful, glowing skin as long as possible!

I have to say this is one of my favorites, but I am a lemon line girl! So if you have the flavor of lemon mine, give it a try tell me what you think! BodyArmor is always a great value for your money 💰

Great option if you want to skip sugar but the taste is not as palatable.

I bought the BODYARMOR Lemon Lime flavor because it was on sale, not because it’s one of my usual go-to flavors. It’s not my favorite compared to others in the lineup, but it’s still a solid drink overall—refreshing, not overly sweet, and does the job for hydration. What stood out was the delivery experience. It arrived quickly and was delivered straight to my door in the dead of winter, which was honestly impressive given the weather conditions. While I wouldn’t normally choose this flavor again for myself, it was exactly as described and perfectly fine to drink. No issues with the product itself at all.

I need to keep my electrolytes in check and I cannot take potassium. So I can get it from food sources or energy type drinks. I don't want to drink a lot of calories though, so, this body armor zero is fantastic. I like the lemon lime probably the best and that's what I'm reviewing here. One thing I've noticed is that the 20 ounce bottles are getting harder to find. Amazon does have them and if you hit it right you can get a reasonable price. Like everything that is being downsized body armor offers it in 16 oz in a six pack and 12 oz and an eight pack and I like buying the six pack of 20 oz. So, I certainly hope that Amazon is one source that will still carry it and at a reasonable price. Great product though.
