Use this tape for my thumbs while using hook grip for high reps of deadlift. Its perfect and versatile, easy to tear, sticks to itself super well, doesnt stick to your skin. You can tear pieces very easily for whatever size you need.

I used these for both olympic lifting and jiu jitsu. I feel like if you're looking at these, its because more than likely you've experienced the quality first hand. Adhesive is very strong and tape is very flexible. You will have sticky residue after you remove tape but who cares. You're using them and getting dirty af as is so can't complain lol

This is the best thumb tape I’ve ever used. It stays in place and is more flexible than any other tape. Unfortunately it has been out of stock for a while, but whenever it becomes available again I am snagging a few rolls.

Works well, but there’s one or two other tapes that work slightly better out there. Used for CrossFit/ weightlifting and gets the job done.

This is the best weightlifting tape, PERIOD. i’m a female 71kg weightlifter and it isn’t sticky, it comes off no problem as long as you find the seam and wash your hands and the residue is gone. I can’t do lift genie(too snug) wod and done is the same. This tape is flexible but it grips.
