Metal scrapers aren't effective
I thought it was really ineffective and painful. I should have just ordered another Orabrush which is simpler to use and does a better job. I'd like to return the item but doubt I can

I throughly support using a tongue scrapper in the morning and before bedtime. This one is great, I take it with my on trips.

Stainless > plastic
I’ve had these going on a few years now. I love the steel options vice the plastic-silicone combination. When I forget to use my tongue scrapper, I can certainly noticed the difference. If you are in the market for a tongue scraper or wondering which to try, i recommend the stainless steel options. And the dual pack is a plus because one can stay in your bathroom while the other stays in your travel toiletries.

easy to use and works great
these work great and are easy to use. they are metal and can hurt sometimes if pressing to hard. after figuring out how to use they work great. easy to clean and sterilize after several uses.
