Can I use it under water without clouding my tank?

What else can I glue with it besides plants and coral frags?

Rock, stone, driftwood, ceramic and porcelain decor, marble, plaster, PVC, PLA, ABS, GRP, metal, wood, leather and rubber such as EPDM and NBR. It also holds filter clips, heater brackets, air stones and nets.
