My desk chair has a high back and not enough lumbar support, and also the head rest on my chair and in my car are both useless for neck support so I use this when I’m working, and then if I lean back for a quick rest in my chair, I move it up from the lumbar area to the headrest for fantastic neck support. I’m going to buy a second one of these, the shorter model, to live permanently at the top of my desk chair and also one for my completely useless car headrests.

Very good for travelling. Position it behind your lower back and it will save you a sore back on a long flight. Easy to hook onto your luggage handle or you can roll it up and stuff it into your bag. Will always travel with one of these.
