These are very good! reminds me of the old Penrose sausages my grandmother always had out for family gatherings as a kid, now 55, finally found these which are very similar to the taste and texture of them that used to come out in glass bottles with a metal cover. Dont get me wrong but these are pretty expensive for the small amount we get but i do thank you for these very missed product i missed from my childhood.

We loved the taste and the firm texture. When I opened the shipping box I had to laugh, It looked like a child's shopping cart toy. Very small I did not pay close attention to the description and how it was only 8 oz. I find it to be expensive and although we thought it tasted good, would not purchase it again.

Taste like beef hot dogs not polish small in size not worth fifteen dollars don’t buy !

These are tasty!!

I enjoyed the penrose sausages when they were out and truly love the Big John's pickled sausages (which you can still find by the gallon at certain "pickled" websites). These, though, were just "meh". Way too hotdog-like and not really smoked from what I could tell. No "snap" when you bite and the flavor was 100% vinegar (no sausage or spice). Might as well have been eating a pickled carrot. Additionally, I'm not sure what happened with the ends of the sausage, but they are flat and hard as if someone folder them and stapled them closed. There are worse out there, but these aren't good. Certainly not worth what they cost.
