This fabric-covered foam elevation wedge was extremely beneficial following wrist/hand surgery. It provided consistent and appropriate elevation of the affected extremity while sitting, working at a desk, and during sleep, which was particularly important in the immediate postoperative period. The integrated fabric pockets allowed for secure placement of ice packs, which were utilized after the first postoperative week to assist with swelling management and comfort. Overall, this product significantly improved postoperative positioning and recovery comfort. It is highly recommended for patients undergoing wrist or hand surgery.

This is a cushion that I had been using for over a year now it's still incredibly hurt shape the firmness to stay is continuing to be a pain relief for me as I had this surgery... It supports my whole arm so I can rest it amazing buy... I still use it and you can actually use it for several things it's multitask...

Light Weight, soft & comfortable. Worked well for keeping my hand elevated due to carpal tunnel surgery. Keeps its shape well. Very easy to use.

I primarily use this while sitting at the table. I am post op wrist surgery & I don’t always want it in a sling. I tried pillows I had around the house, but they were as efficient & I found myself fighting with them as they fell to the floor or need re-bunching. I can place this on my lap sideways sitting at my table & I know it’s elevated & ok. I’ve included a photo of it on a chair for size-reference. I appreciate the cover is washable—I did that right out of the bag.

A must have for comfort and arm elevation I bought the Buryeah arm elevation based on positive reviews. I am so glad I did. I just had thumb arthroplasty surgery and this was the perfect solution to keep my arm elevated. It would have been impossible to have kept my arm positioned with bed pillows etc.the way this pillow did. It's great that you can insert ice backs into the pillow also. I was able to sleep comfortable with it. Great buy.

This has been the most helpful comfortable elevation pad. I get how it gets negative reviews because when you open it up, you have to let it air out just like a memory foam pillow. You have to give it time. It took mine about a half an hour to fully inflate and be ready to be used. I have zero complaints so far. I think sleeping in general will be hard with anything you use, but this does help better than anything else so far. All in all depends on where you are post surgery and how bad your pain is. I’m on the fourth day of mine and this padding it feels fine, zero pain.

Did not work out in my chair, it was to tall.

I bought this along with the pink ice packs to use after carpel tunnel surgery. It works great! I used for weeks afterwards. Highly recommend.
