This OLEVS watch is amazing for the asking price. The frosted stainless steel body and exposed Tourbillon look elegant and fancy for both dressy and dress-casual ensembles. The quality and beauty is a joy to wear. Here's what stands out to me: ✅ I love the symmetrical clasp. It makes getting the watch on and off way easier than standard watch bands, it's more comfortable, and it looks good facing out if you prefer to wear your watch like a bracelet with the face inward. ✅ The frosted stainless steel with diamonds looks killer for getting fancy. The finish creates a sparkling quality that brings attention to itself in the best way possible. ✅ Band does not bite or pull at arm hair. This is huge if you have arm hair. ✅ The band has a solid feel and is extremely comfortable. ✅ I love the moon phase dial. It's classy, functional, and adds a nice extra layer of detail to the face. ✅ I love watching the exposed skeleton mechanism. It's a pleasure to see working every time you glance at this watch, reminding you of precision and craftmanship. ✅ Changing out links and sizing are a breeze with the provided pin pusher. Most watches you have to bring into a jeweler to adjust. 🤲 ✅ The watch comes with an excellent gift box that is so nice, you can use it as your watch stand. ⚠️ This watch is silent, as in, it has no audible ticking sound. I'm happy with either but I thought it worth mentioning. OLEVS is a real budget Chinese brand (Guangdong, same region as Pagani Design and a bunch of Fossil/Invicta productions), and these genuinely sell for ~$30–$43. The high list price is bait for the low price deal. The absolutely horrible user manual is another dead giveaway of its budget origins. Not only does it cover several different watches (anything to save a few Renminbi) but the Chinese to English translation is, well, not translatable. When will the Chinese learn that what they need is an English speaker who knows a little Chinese to do their translations (did I say anything to save a few Renminbi). So why did I give it a 4 star rating?! Because, even at $43, it’s a nice looking watch! And I love this all black and shiny with gold dial and face elements! I spent a few hours with my favorite AI and created an English user manual for the Model 2892-All Black. I’ll append it below. Hopefully, Amazon will let this review through. OLEVS CHRONOGRAPH Model 2892-All Black — OWNER'S GUIDE A battery-powered quartz watch with a date, a working stopwatch, and a 24-hour day/night indicator. READING YOUR DIAL - Hour and minute hands (center): the time of day. - Center sweeping hand: the running seconds. - Left "MIN" eye: stopwatch minutes. - Bottom "SEC" eye: stopwatch seconds. - Right "24 HOUR" eye: shows whether it's AM or PM. The hand circles once a day — bottom (12) is noon, top (24) is midnight. - Date window (4–5 o'clock position): the day of the month, 1–31. SETTING THE TIME AND DATE The crown pulls out in two clicks. The first click sets the date; the second click (all the way out) sets the time. Time: 1. Pull the crown out to the second click. 2. Turn the crown clockwise to run the hands forward until the date flips over. The instant the date flips is midnight. 3. You are now in the AM — keep turning the crown clockwise to set your current time. (For an afternoon or evening time, carry on once more past 12.) 4. Push the crown fully home to save your time. Date: 1. Pull the crown out to the first click. 2. Turn the crown clockwise until today's date appears. The date only moves forward, 1–31 — if you pass your date, keep going all the way around. 3. Push the crown fully home to save your date. IMPORTANT — SETTING THE DATE AT NIGHT: Around midnight the watch advances the date on its own, and the gears that do this are engaged from roughly 9 PM to 4 AM. Changing the date by hand during those hours can damage them. If you need to set the date late at night, first turn the hands to a daytime hour, set the date, then re-set to the correct time. THE STOPWATCH - Top button: start, stop, restart. - Bottom button: press once. Seconds and minutes will rewind to zero. Read elapsed time from the left MIN eye (minutes), then the bottom SEC eye (seconds). If the crown is out while the stopwatch is running, do not push the crown in — it will re-set the MIN and SEC eyes at their current positions. If the eyes ever re-set off-zero (for example after a battery change), realign them: pull the crown out to its furthest click, then press the bottom button to advance the SEC eye. The MIN eye advances along with it as the SEC eye comes around. Bring both to straight up, then push the crown fully home. EVERYDAY CARE - Push the crown fully home after setting — left out, it lets moisture in and the watch won't keep proper time. - Water: fine for rain and splashes, not for swimming or showering. Avoid hot water and steam — heat breaks the seal. - Battery: SR626SW (also sold as 377), good for about 2–3 years. Any watch counter swaps it in minutes for $5–15. After a new battery, don't press the crown or buttons for about 30 seconds. THE BRACELET AND CLASP Sizing: the tool in the box pushes out the link pins. Each removable link has an arrow stamped on the inside — push the pin the way the arrow points, and remove links from both sides of the clasp evenly so the watch stays centered. Any watch shop will do it in a couple of minutes. The clasp is a fold-over with a flip-lock safety cover (the polished piece stamped "STAINLESS STEEL"). The two rectangular windows are decorative, not buttons. - To open: get a fingernail under the free edge of the flip-lock cover and lift it up and open. It's stiff when new. That releases the fold; unfold it and the bracelet opens into a loop. - To close: fold it flat and press the cover down until it snaps. The snap is the safety locking.

Really nice but the seran wrap was a bit of a pita to get off the watch band

He loves the watch but recently the color on the band is coming off. Disappointed. Shouldn't happen especially in a short period of time.
