I’ve been taking these for the past 12 months after being diagnosed with low vitamin D levels, and they’ve successfully restored my vitamin D to a healthy range. The tablets are small, easy to swallow, and gentle to take every day. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them. It’s great to have a 12 month supply in one pack.

Only time will tell about the vitamins and how effective they are. But they look very good, sound like there the business and clearly branded very well. I have purchased other supplements from nutrition geeks which I have found to be very good. There are great value for a full year's supply, really small and easy to take, so far so good. Apart from...the packaging looks great, really smart, but in my opinion a bit rubbish! Looks the business but practicality wise could be much better. Yes they are resealable, but there fiddly to open, seal shut again and stand up, but maybe theres a reason why all the competitors use little tubs with lids? Couldn't count how many times the packaging has fallen over before ive sealed it back up and ive had tablets everywhere! Just something to be mindful of.

These are absolutely amazing, tiny tablets and easy to swallow. After feeling very low and loss of appetite for 2 months my blood tests confirmed low vitamin D levels I opted for these and wow after a couple of weeks of taking my moods lifted appetite back and what I didn't expect was for my nails to go from very weak and brittle to strong and long these are now my best friend and I'd highly recommend a years supply for very little cost I've spent a lot more on hair and nail tablets in past years that did nothing these are A+++++

Easy to swallow

Highly recommend for those living further from the equator, especially if you have darker skin! 4000 iu is at the higher end of strength, over the counter, but research suggests this dosage is safe, and often preferable to lower doses for effectiveness. Note: raising blood levels can take months, so consistency is not optional. But the tiny form factor makes them easy to swallow, so they don’t feel like a hassle to take. The included k2 ensures calcium is directed to bones rather than building up in cartilage and muscle. Tip: consume after a meal (with enough fat) for proper absorption! I would advise undergoing a blood test before starting, and retesting after a few months. Be mindful that the “healthy” NHS blood levels are often conservative and do not correspond to truly optimal levels. Overall, highly recommend: competitive price point, tiny form factor and dosage make it a no brainer.

Not sure if they really helped me, but I was taking them with a testosterone supplements, so it was difficult to tell.
