I absolutely love Keto Chow SALTT Electrolytes, and I purchase it monthly through Subscribe & Save. As someone with dysautonomia from a TBI, I need electrolytes daily, and this is by far the best, most affordable keto-friendly option I’ve found. Unlike other brands like Liquid IV or LMNT, this doesn’t just taste like salty water—it actually has a delicious, well-balanced flavor that makes me look forward to drinking it. The chocolate and caramel flavors are both fantastic, and I honestly can’t decide which one I like more. Some days, I crave one over the other, but I always find myself wishing I had both on hand. I usually mix one packet with about 32 ounces of water, and it still maintains great flavor even when I top it off after drinking half. Beyond just hydration, this product plays a key role in my ketogenic diet to help manage seizures, making it even more essential for me. I was a little weary of trying these because I despised the taste of a similar product (Mainly the caramel flavor) from a more expensive company and it was very vile and chemically. Tried a packet of this brand from a relative and the difference is night and day. The caramel is incredibly delicious. I immediately ordered a bag of the Cocoa variety. Mind you I drink coffee in large amounts so my large sized mug that holds approximately 20oz or so felt like the perfect amount for what’s in a serving packet. If you are more of an 8oz at a time coffee enjoyer, consider maybe only using half the packet and save the other half for your next cup due to flavor intensity. These also don’t need to be for hot drinks exclusively either! Ive mixed them easily into greek yogurt and protein puddings for the flavor and electrolytes if I felt I needed it. Again just be mindful of the ratio of powder to yogurt depending on how much yogurt you’re having. All in all these are excellent. They provide electrolytes in a delicious easy way, while being cheaper than other alternatives and also not having stuff like maltodextrin. Gonna definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend you give these a try.

Great for Chocolate Lovers. I take a 1/4 tsp in my coffee. It adds a hint of chocolate flavor just right for me. I took 1/2 packet in a glass of raw milk. It tasted like a milk shake. My next trial will be a whole packet added to my Ninji Creami container of Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup heavy cream, dash of salt and tablespoon of sugar free vanilla pudding. Also, Carb Free Protein 1 scoop.

I used to drink the chocolate Hydromate electrolytes but they stopped making that flavor so I had to find a replacement. Turns out, I like this one better anyway! I’ve only tried the Cocoa Variety, which is only 2 flavors: chocolate and caramel. The caramel is good but the chocolate is my favorite! Beware of 2 things: 1) they’re hard to open without scissors and 2) try to drink it in a water bottle that’s not see through. Because lemme tell you, browish-tan electrolytes in a clear water bottle doesn’t look appealing. People make comments. If I have no option other than a clear water bottle, I’ve just started warning people ahead of time: “I’m about to mix up my chocolate electrolytes. It’s going to look disgusting. Just letting you know.” I don’t care though. I love these and I feel better getting my electrolytes every day, so I don’t care what it looks like. They may seem expensive but I’m not a coffee drinker, so I consider $1+/day on these better than what some people spend on coffee every day. Not that expensive for the health benefits it offers!

It’s really salty but wow when you’re an active athlete boy does it feel good to drink one of these in water! The chocolate taste is so smooth and easy to use. And love how it makes me feel after a workout especially leg day lol. Thank you !!

I would like a new batch. This most recent one has a completely different smell and taste. The dates say they arent expired but there is no way its accurate. The first 2 times i ordered the product it was great. Smelled good like hot chocolate but this batch has a weird off smell and taste. Super disappointed. Updated: They contacted me by email and made everything right, even sent me a new bag.

I like the chocolate flavor but am not a fan of the caramel flavor. I probably will not buy them again.

Bomb! So good and I love they use sea salt over regular salt. The flavors are perfect for my coffee in the morning.

Better and cheaper than leading competitor and more magnesium and potassium. Love.

This product was not good. It has an awful smell and the taste is not good at all. There are other similar products on the market that are far superior. I can't even drink these so unfortunately I lost a lot of money because it isn't cheap.
