e.l.f. H2O Proof Inkwell Eyeliner Pen, Caffeinated

I’m in love with this eyeliner. It is easy to use because of its felt tip, and you have total control, no do overs. I just wish that it came in other colors. I am a senior lady and I have purchased many brands of eyeliner at a much higher price… however this is the best that I have ever used!!

I love this eyeliner pen! It is so pigmented and last forever. It's great for fine line details and has a very smooth texture. Very easy to apply and remove with a makeup wipe

I love this liner because the applicator is super fine and allows control when putting liner above my lower lashes. I started with black but now prefer the dark brown as my eyes and hair are brown, but the black is nice too.

The color is great and it stays on all day - even with sweat and an occasional eye rub. The part I don’t like is that the wand comes out of the tube completely covered in the liquid. So as I put it on my eyelid, my eyelashes are basically rubbing all the extra liner off of the wand. I’ve started just immediately grabbing and wiping my lashes off after application. Unless you can put your liner on with the brush angled down, I don’t know how anyone applies this without getting their lashes coated. (I apply liner by holding in a couple of fingers and resting the heel of my hand on my cheek. That’s normal, right?) Anyway, it’s not enough to keep me from buying it again, but I would love for elf to revamp the packaging.

This is not my favorite eyeliner. I like the elf brand because it’s affordable and works well, but this one doesn’t hold up right. It feels thick, it’s hard to apply and it doesn’t come off easily. It sticks and clumps a lot. I prefer the elf liquid eyeliner.

I love this eyeliner sooooo much! I use it heavily and it has stayed consistent, it's long-lasting, I've cried with it and it won't budge. I have to rub it off with wet wipes and make up remover. Once dried, it won't transfer, I've had it on for 16+ hours. The applicator has also stayed sturdy and and precise. The eyeliner bottle is smaller than a mascara but the it's got a very decent amount of product. Its comfortable on the eyes, no irritation. I absolutely recommend it, though I haven't ran out of it yet (its been months) I did buy a second one for when I finally do.

Sadly, something has changed. This has been the only liquid eyeliner I’ve ever used for a very long time. But for whatever reason every day, it leaves a smudge on my upper eyelids. This was a non-issue with the last 10 I’ve purchased. But now maybe they change something? And then I had to change. I had to let this one go and I just bought three other ones to try out hopefully they’re better than this one. I wish elf would not have changed it.

Looovveeee this liner! The color is perfect. It goes on smooth and stays in place. Plus, no sharpening and no melting! Woot woot!!

Glides on beautifully for precise precision. The applicator always you to create thick or very thin lines with a bit of practice. Good quality. Doesn't smudge and stays on over 24hours. Will definitely be purchasing again. Great price. Love Elf products

Diese Liner fühlen sich wie Tubing-Mascara an und rollen genauso von den Augenliedern mit warmem Wasser ab. Finde ich ziemlich gut! Nur das Auftragen muss man etwas üben, da man die Flüssigkeit idealerweise nicht an die Wimpern bekommen möchte - sonst verkleben die nämlich etwas.
