We got these to try and my wife added these to her daily supplements. We both struggle with getting a good nights sleep and my wife in particular can’t get back to sleep after waking up in the night. These capsules have no real flavour and are fine to swallow with water. They are pretty much the standard size, maybe slightly on the big side. After taking them for a few days they have had a really good effect on my wife. She has slept through the night and actually caught up on sleep. The ingredients in this are a great blend. The price of these is quite high but you are getting something that really works. Though bear in mind these might not work the same on everyone. Overall we’re happy with them.

While it is hard to say definitively what is doing what, I have felt a bit more settled when going to bed. I don't wake up feeling groggy, which was my worry with anything promising "PM support." I also has Biotin, Chamomile, Dandelion Root and Siberian Ginseng I really like how the combination has been created to support with the various needs throughout the month including energy, stress and hormone balance You get a 30 day supply with taking 2 capsules each day. I held off reviewing this because I wanted to see if it actually did anything. After a few weeks of using it I feel like I can give a fair take. The routine was easy to stick with and I didn’t have any issues taking it with my usual schedule. I started noticing a small difference in my energy levels first. Nothing dramatic but I wasn’t hitting that same mid afternoon slump. It also seemed to help with general mood and stress which was the main thing I was hoping for. I like this because it says no gluten and lists what it is free of specifically which is very good for anyone with allergies or dietary requirements such as vegan. The dandelion root is good for detoxing and I did notice some detoxing effects near when I started taking them that cleared within a day or two that was probably down to taking these. I am pleased with them they haven’t been too noticeable but on reflection I can see clearly how some things have changed in ways that they don’t normally.
