The battery appears to be working, it came very well packed in a wooden crate, and was wrapped in a seperate cardboard box as well, Fedex knocked the hell out of this thing during shipping, there was no visible damage to the crate, but when I opened it and removed the battery you can see the damage in the photos. I like the build quality of this battery and the fact that it survived the Fedex delivery. Time will tell if the battery is functioning properly, but all indications are it was not damaged, once my Inverter gets here I will update this review. The folks at Expert Power have been great so far.

I bought this product because of the weight difference and the performance of a lithium battery compared to a heavy marine battery. I did have a problem with the original battery. I contacted Expert Power and we walked thru the problem. They shipped me a free lithium battery charger to determine if that was causing the problem. Spoke with customer service several times and resolved the issue. Decided to upgrade to a 100Ah battery. Applied my cost from the 50 Ah battery towards the large model. Much better chose for my application. Kudos to Bryan in Expert Power Customer Service. Very knowledgeable and helpful during this process. Great job!!!Jay Fegely

My battery stopped working after 2.5 years, well past the end of their warranty. I called ExpertPower customer service, not expecting them to replace it but hoping they could help me troubleshoot it. Not only did they help me troubleshoot it, they let me bring in the battery for testing when we couldn't figure out the issue over the phone. I live 15 min away from their warehouse so I just drove there in person as I was hoping to use it that weekend. They found out that there was an issue with the BMS and sent me out the door with a brand new battery. I didn't have to pay a penny even though my warranty had already expired.

I bought this battery refurbished and had it about a month before I started really using it. I hooked it up to a portable fridge (ARB Zero 47) and charged it with a portable Zamp solar panel. The fridge has a low voltage shut off feature. After a few days, the battery was no longer was charging. Not with solar or my other two dedicated battery chargers.Expert Power is currently working on a solution for me so I'll come back to update this review.UPDATE 12/20:They sent me a replacement and it has been working fabulous since. About a half year in without any issues. The customer service displayed was wonderful and really couldn't ask for more.

Well, I reviewed a lot of batteries, and this one is the worst of them all. I bought this battery a while ago but didn't have time to test it. I charged the battery according to the specifications with a Victron charger and connected my meter without any load and as you can see the voltage dropped from 9V to 8.57V in just a few seconds. You’d think that the Undervoltage Protection should prevent the battery from going below 10.6V but it wasn't the case here. I tried contacting their customer service via the form provided by Amazon and got no response. I then sent them an email. They responded and asked me to provide some evidence. In the next email, they asked me to provide them with my shipping address. And only after that, they told me that I have to pay for the return. They claim you have a “10 years lifetime warranty” but you’ll have to send your defective battery back. This battery is highly overpriced. You can get 6 or 7Ah batteries from other brands for half-price. If I pay for the shipping the total cost of this battery will be enough to buy 20Ah from Chins. I don't know about you, but I will never buy anything from this company ever again. I refused to pay for the shipping and now I am stuck with a dead battery.
