This is the second time that I have persist this product from this vendor, and I can attest that it is most definitely a quality product. I have a mutation in a gene that affects the way that I process folic acid, and this stuff has helped quite a bit with mood, energy level, etc. There are no side effects from digestion, they are easy to swallow and capsules, and the size of the capsules is not in any way overbearing. They're not brittle and are easy on the throat. No taste. Very grateful for this company, this product, and this vendor. Highly recommended.

Is this some kind of miracle thing? No, it is not. But, I have been taking it for about 2 weeks at this point and I DO feel a difference. It has the same ingredients as more expensive options, but it offers the same benefits and is much friendlier to the wallet. Maybe the longer it's taken the better the benefit? I'm not sure, but so far the small increase in energy is with the small cost of this product. I do recommend trying for yourself!

Great vitamin at a good price. My son (13 y/o) has Thalassemia Beta Minor. He has struggled his whole life with anemia. Which causes all kinds of symptoms including exhaustion, trouble concentrating, and GI issues. Since he has started taking this Methylated Folate he has done so much better. He doesn't fall asleep in class anymore, he is doing better in school, and says he feels all around better. He also has no more dark circles under his eyes. Iron pills made him sick. His body seems to better digest & metabolize these. Thank you.

I have been taking these for a month or so but I have noticed no changes. The pills are nice but they dissolve very quickly before you can even swallow.

A better form of folic acid from product descriptions. White powder in clear caps and no taste or smell. These are the supplements, unless your doctor tells you to take and monitors your blood work results, you think will give you good health. So if it's not wasting money, it's good.

I have a methylfolate deficiency caused by a gene known as MTHFR. Variants of the gene, C677T, suppress the conversion of folic acid into methylfolate, which shows up in my blood work as macrocytosis. Supplemental B12 and methyfolate should correct the anomaly. The price is right, and the pill is easy to swallow.
