When you dissolve this salt in warm water, you can actually see the minerals! I have two primary daily uses for this salt: -->To increase my intake of essential minerals. A pinch in each cup of coffee and in each glass or bottle of water throughout the day. -->Dissolved in warm water, as a healthy mouth rinse after brushing my teeth.
