A3: The function of this PoE switch is to supply power to PoE devices, excluding the DHCP function, and can not assign IP address to POE devices. The PoE switch must be connected to a router or NVR.

When the total power output of connected devices exceeds 120W, the PoE switch will power off the devices one by one until the power output is below 120W. Therefore, we recommend connecting devices from 1 to 8 according to their importance.
