Good stuff, has a decent shelf life
Still works after being forgotten for a couple years. Sealed up a storage unit roof leak and other things fine. Dries quickly in the right conditions. Read the instructions. Definitely get some gloves, clothes, cheap brushes and a tray.

Excellent stuff.
I used this stuff to touch up the seal edges of my camper roof. I first hit the seals themselves with adhesive to reinforce the seals, then did several coats of this stuff over the top. It’s held up through hail, sitting under oak trees, and loads of rain here in Florida. Super happy with it.
