I’m only 3 days in and already extremely impressed! I’ve tried so many other supplements to keep my weight down, and this is the first and only one that has shown fast results without any uncomfortable side effects. I had been stuck after gaining back the 10 pounds I lost and couldn’t drop an ounce. I took my first dose Monday morning (it’s now Wednesday), and by that evening the scale had finally dropped below the number I hadn’t seen in weeks. Now on day 3, my appetite feels almost nonexistent, to the point that I have to remind myself to eat. I’ve always been a light eater (very small breakfast, light lunch, and low-calorie snacks throughout the day), and I’ve been eating the same as usual and have already lost 2.5 pounds. I do feel a little jittery, but it’s more of a natural boost of energy without the crash. No major side effects, just results so far. It’s only been 3 days, but you rarely see results this quickly with products like this. I know a lot can change as my body adapts, so I’ll update this if there are any major changes.

I’m really impressed with this. I started a gluten free diet about 4 weeks ago. The first 2 weeks were rough but after that, I felt better. I plateaued after losing 30 lbs and wanted some help losing a little more. I can’t say I’ve lost any in the week I’ve been taking this, but what I can say is I feel amazing. The energy I have is significant. It’s not like a redline or something like that, I’m not shaky or jittery, I’m just ready to go. I can work all day and I feel good. I am sleeping throughout the night, I don’t know if I can attribute it to this or the fact that I’ve been going hard all day long 🤷🏻‍♀️ regardless, this has given me the energy I need at almost 40. The one and only complaint I have is that the capsule starts to melt as soon as it hits my tongue and I end up gagging on it almost every time I take it. Small price to pay to feel good. I take it in the morning and before I eat my first meal at dinner. Super effective and a much needed boost in energy. Will be taking this forever now Update: I’ve been on this for a little over a month now and I’ve lost 14 lbs. Again, I am eating better and have cut out a lot, but I’m still taking this and I still feel good every day. I have to think this has helped because I plateaued for a while just eating better but once taking this I started to lose again. Total weight loss of 44 lbs since I gave my initial review.

This is a good appetite depresser . 2 a day works great.

Zantrex Blue Energy definitely gives you a strong boost of energy — I would avoid taking it at night because it really can keep you awake. As for weight loss, I haven’t noticed any results so far. Only once did I feel a bit of appetite suppression, but I’m not sure if it was from the product or just something else I ate. Overall, it works for energy, but not much else in my experience.

I only eat once a day. (Fasting) I've always been this way since about a year ago. It's what keeps my weight stable I DO TAKE IN MY DAILY NUTRITIONAL NEEDS DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF PLEASEEEE. Some people cant handle fasting and get very nauseous. I gave this 3 stars for comfort because of the side effects. You CAN prevent them if your not sensitive to niacin and if your perspective to your habits. This is only my second day taking it. I take 2 a day due to the fact I only eat once a day. And you take 2 with a full glass of water 15 minutes before you eat. I will warn. First day, took first dose around 1 and went for a mile run. I had a headache for the WHOLE day up until I went to sleep. It was a little hard to sleep but I am diagnosed with insomnia also so this may not pertain to others or even yourself when it comes to side effects. I did get a singular stomach pain after I ate (oops i ate a lot of carbs) try to stay away from a lot of carbs when you eat, or it will raise your blood sugar and you will become almost jittery. Stay away from other caffeine. I only drink water. Second day (today) taken at 12 with a full glass of water (16.9 fl oz) approximately 1 water bottle. And once again went for a mile run. I did get hives/rash but only when I ran. No itching, or burning. I just became a little red due to the fact that my body was trying to quickly use the energy the supplement is giving me when I ran. If you itch or burn and its doesnt go away STOP TAKING IT you are having negative reactions to the niacin that may effect your health deeper then just the side affects. Mine Went away within 10 minutes after I stopped running. DRINK A LOT OF WATER. BE MINDFUL OF CLENCHING YOUR JAW(both associated with a headache due to niacin and massive amounts of energy) today I have not gotten a headache. I realized I was clenching my jaw too much yesterday so I stopped. I also drank more water today. I started out at 155. Usually the first 10lbs are water weight but I am down to 150 in 2 days and I'm very excited to lose more with the weeks to come. This bottle will last me 2 months (bc I dont eat more then once a day) take a 2 week break after 1 month of supplements or your body will get used to the key ingredients used to lose weight. If you've ever taken melatonin to sleep you know what I'm taking about when I say your body gets used to a supplement after a good bit of time. I hope this helps anyone who has questions. I might update this after my first month to let all of you know how it's going :) be mindful of your beautiful body and dont force yourself, dont push too hard. It takes time ❤

Someone said you can’t focus on eating because you’re so sick after taking these & that couldn’t be more true. I took 2 and feel like I’m going to pass out or throw up or both. I should have looked at the ingredients but the blue dye feels so unnecessary Update: months later I wanted to give it a second chance & that was a huge mistake! My entire body became so hot and broke out into a rash for over an hour, I started manually breathing, my chest felt so tight and my heart was beating so fast. I had a light breakfast with it & threw it up. I’m 25, active, healthy body and weight, just looking for something to help me out on my cut - I’ve tried multiple shady Amazon pre workouts/gas station energy and thought my body could handle it all. I was wrong. There’s something sinister in these unnaturally blue pills. Love yourself and find a different product! (Also was told I’d get a refund for this and never did)

So easy to follow a diet… plus extra energy.

I have been taking 2 capsules in the morning since 2001. No problems. Seems to help focus and energy . I stop taking them occasionally , but always come back to this one. They were better when real ephedra was still available.
