Brilliant little kettle for travelling and camping
I bought this mainly to take away with me on short trips and camping because I wanted something much smaller than a normal kettle that I could just throw in with the rest of my stuff without it taking up loads of room. The size is probably the best thing about it. At 0.5L it is obviously not designed for making drinks for a whole family, but for one or two cups at a time it is pretty much perfect. It takes up hardly any space and the cable stores away in the base, which makes packing it much neater than having a lead wrapped around the outside.Despite being so small, it still feels like a proper kettle rather than one of those flimsy travel gadgets. I especially like that the inside is stainless steel. It boils enough water for a couple of drinks within a few minutes and automatically switches itself off when finished, so there really isn't much to think about. My main complaint is the cable. It is surprisingly short, so depending on where the socket is you may have to position the kettle fairly close to it. You also need to be a little careful around the metal rim immediately after boiling as it can get hot.Other than that, I think it is a great little kettle. I wouldn't replace my normal kitchen kettle with it, but for holidays, camping, hotel rooms or even keeping at work it makes loads of sense. It is small enough that I actually don't mind taking it with me, which is exactly what I wanted from a travel kettle.

compact, quick boil (for the wattage) practicle design, detachable base with wind in 22” (56cm) lead
Wanted a small lightweight kettle for use in my cabin on Brittany ferries when I'm travelling to Spain, the tea and coffee on the boat is utterly utterly vile, from a machine, even in the so called restaurants, the coffee especially is unbelievably horrible, tasteless watery crap.I make my coffee in my cabin in a spill proof insulated travel mug so I can go up and drink it in the lounge.Tried a couple of little 0.5l kettles, some with higher wattage, however they all were really not satisfactory, many having short fixed leads or problematic lids etc. This kettle looks quite well made, plastic outer, stainless steel inner.Boils around 350ml of cold water in around 2.5 to 3mins, a full kettle of 500ml of cold water takes around 4 mins, which is fine for my use, its compact, it has a detachable base, and a nice touch is the cable, which is about 22” or 56cm long, winds into the base, really neat. The lid is of the ”flip open” type, very easy. The kettle switches off automatically when the water has boiled. One caveat, don't get too enthusiastic when pouring out the hot water, use common sense, if you go too mad water will escape from the lid but you really need to be going for it for that to happen.Cannot vouch for longevity, time will tell…if you want a compact lightweight kettle, low wattage that does not take an age to boil, this could be it.EDIT/30/08/25 Used this kettle maybe half a dozen times no, things to note, lid does not "latch" so if your too enthusiastic pouring water out the lid can flip oen and boiling water everywhere, neither does the lid seal, so again boiling water can spray out of the sides of the lid if your too enthusiastic, lastly, it now does not switch off when boiling...so whilst initially I thought it was ok, it's just the same cheap Chinese crap that most stuff is these days, and I'll look again.

Brilliant little kettle
This has proved to be a super little kettle. I bought it for my studio to make a small coffee station. First of all it's such a nice colour ... I know not really important but such a pretty ornament. It holds two good sized mugs worth of water. The boil takes a little while but it isn't that long. It has a good length lead which neatly curls away into the base for convenient storage. The one, small, inconvenience is that you must pour the fluid gently for if you are too quick it does drain out around the spout area. But again not really a problem you just need to be mindful. I am very pleased with this kettle and would highly recommend it.

Little beauty
perfect. best little kettle. easy to use just enough water for 1 cup of tea/ coffee.600w saves your solar electric or on-grid bills . normal kettle is 3KW , whether its full or only 1 cup of water.the inner is stainless steel, so no plastic slowly dissolving into your drinks.we dumped a nice plastic 3kw kettle, years ago after eventually it slowly crumbled its surface inside.

Don’t waste your money
Zero star rating. Don’t waste your money. Took forever to boil, and then stopped working after about one week. Steam came out the top. Have used much better travel kettles at a similar price point previously. Buy a different one

Handige kleine waterkoker

Sehr zufrieden damit!
